Thank you to Cotswood for our beautiful front door. It took a little longer than expected - hence 4 rather than 5 stars, but I am delighted with the finished product.

First off, if you contact Cotswood, you'll be refreshingly surprised that you'll never be under any pressure to buy their doors. From the outset, our initial contact with Bea - via a Zoom meeting - was extremely positive. Bea was not only friendly and helpful. She has a huge amount of knowledge about door styles and what is suitable for any type of house.

She explained clearly to us what the company could offer, and helped us decide on the particular door we wanted. In the end, we chose to have our original door (which had become badly warped) reproduced, but with a few modifications. Fundamentally, Cotswood were able to offer us whatever adaptations we wanted. When the surveyor, Colin, came to our home to take measurements, etc., we found the same level of knowledge and friendliness, and he took care to get everything accurate before he left, explaining all the procedures if we chose to go ahead.

Although the quote for our door wasn't cheap, we felt confident we couldn't get a better product anywhere else for the price. So, we decided to go ahead. A very exciting part was choosing the coloured glass. We were sent a box of beautiful glass samples and I spent many hours deciding which colours I wanted. Much as I would like to say the end design was my own, I have to admit I was given a lot of guidance here by Andrew, and I kept reverting to his suggestions, as I continued to um and ah.

Credit to him for his patience with my deliberating, and his expertise on the subject. Neil and Kirby, who came to fit the door, did their part with the same degree of friendliness and skill that we had come to expect from this company, leaving no mess behind them. Bea saw us through the entire process, assisting us with all the finer details, (paint colours, door furniture, liaising with relevant people, etc.) remaining accessible, genial and attentive throughout.

The end result? We couldn't be happier! The door is stunning. A superb piece of craftsmanship and a thing of great beauty. It's solid, fits the frame perfectly allowing no draughts through. And having traditionally crafted leaded lights, but with the added benefit of unobtrusive double glazing is the icing on the cake. We absolutely love it.

Colin and the team from Cotswood Door Specialists Ltd. did a fantastic job consulting, crafting and installing a new back door for my property. I'm delighted with the final look and feel and notice the heat staying in more too these days which is welcome. Many thanks and definitely a company I would recommend and work with again in future.

Very happy with my new front door. Exactly what I asked for and, with the matching stained glass design, looks like it should have always been there. the carpenter has fitted it with amazing accuracy that I now appreciate how ill fitting the previous door was. We are delighted with the new front door that was fitted by the Cotswood team last week. The 2 fitters worked continuously throughout the day. The finish and workmanship is superb. Andrew abs the team were excellent in dealing with my queries and the choosing of the details for the door was so easy over a zoom meeting. I only have to praise the team, faultless all the way through! And my door - totally in love with it : the house is warmer and feels so much safer. Not to mention from the outside - looks like a different house. Definitely recommend Cotswood over other competing companies- Andrew was much more approachable.

We recently had to replace our front door, and as we live in a conservation zone there were a number of particular requirements for the door we had to have, in terms of both materials and design. Cotswood could not have made it easier for us. From the initial contact to the expert fitting, all Cotswood staff were polite, helpful and informed. We're delighted with the result!

My door was just recently fitted and I must say that the door is absolutely gorgeous! The entire team is a pleasure to deal with from Kat(a star) to Michael(dedicated), Colin(patient as a saint) and Neil(knowledgeable and impeccable). Each team member is lovely and the quality and craftsmanship of the door is beyond compare! Covid presented a lot of delays but it was well worth the wait. I've yet to see a prettier door in my neighbourhood. Thank you so much Cotswood Doors! I love my door! I can't stop looking at it!

Brilliant service from start to finish! Read the reviews and can see why they get such good ratings - highly recommended Every question and concern I had was answered despite never meeting anyone until after the order was placed - that didn't make any difference to the communications and updates I got from them. Lee brought me round all the glass samples to chose my own stain glass colours and glass texture, which means my door is really bespoke.

I coloured in all the design for him to work from and seeing the end result is stunning, especially when the sun shines through. Fitting was a bit delayed due to COVID, but everyone kept me informed, and it was only a couple of extra weeks - fully understandable. Fitting day arrived - both hard working, clean, tidy and every care was taken. It's beautiful and so glad I had it fitter!

Cotswood replaced our draughty old front door which had two stained glass panels that we loved but were too damaged to save. Instead they made exact double-glazed copies of the panels and the finished door looks terrific. Having researched other door companies, we found their prices to be mid-range among the crafted wooden door companies. They were efficient and professional and we would highly recommend them.
