They are scammers. They took my money and never delivered anything. I will call the police and report them. Update in 2022: My review was genuine, and I can prove the payment took place. Meanwhile, I can see that the collection of negative reviews, by customers who had an appalling experience just as myself, has increased. The reply from ASA it's a testament to the unprofessional treatment one may expect. They should acknowledge negative reviews and try to remedy the malfeasance rather than brushing under the carpet with pathetic excuses.

Paid over 1700 for a leaflet campaign, response from the company was amazing until the moment i paid. After that the only way of getting in contact was pretending i was a new customer. i couldn't tell if the leaflets had been printed, if the campaign had started or completed even though one of their main selling points was gps tracking, this was non existent, all i received was a picture of the local area with all streets highlighted. we live in the area we targeted and not a single person we knew had received a leaflet, this caused us to knock door to door in this particular area and not one house said they had received the leaflet. ASA just ignored our communication regarding this, saying that the job had been completed when clearly it had not.

Avoid this company, utter waste of money and the most dreadful customer service i have ever experienced in my entire life. UPDATE! you mentioned in your reply that it is not your custom to ignore customers and yet it has taken 2 years for you to respond to a google review?!?!?!?

Just used ASA for delivery of 5000 flyers in Chertsey for my client's new Chiropractic clinic. Really happy with the service, it was simple and Eli made the process very simple. I really like that post campaign we were sent photos of street names to show where our flyers were delivered. Reasonable price too. Highly recommend

Absolutely appalling business. Does not do what they promise, didn't distribute to the businesses it stated it would and wouldn't share any GPS distribution data. Plus you can never reach them by phone. Avoid like the plague. Pay cheap and you get cheap. I've learned a lesson.

As always, superb quality and great quick turn around. Just what businesses like mine need. They got me the attention my business needed.

ASA delivered 2000 leaflets door to door for an event. They were responsive and carried out the delivery extremely quickly.

Very poor, very rude, poor knowledge of the actual work they provide. failed to send any paperowork regarding the drop they "did". No GPS, no call back when requeted, no leafltle was delivred they took the money and were noy intrestead on the issue i was riseing. N management skill. We paid over a lot of money and then ha to pay another company to do the job again. save your money, this compnay is a joke.

I have seen other reviwes with similir problems. Is impossible we all have the same issue. spoke to so money people and they all had the same treatment over the phone. one day someone will take legal action and well deserved.

Extremely satisfied with my distribution campaign, my results varied from area to area however on average I saw a response rate of around 1.5%. This was better than most as I have been using leaflet distribution companies for over 7 years. Customer service was great, the team helped at every step of the way. It took a while to get my report, however it was consistent with the areas I received results. Thank you ASA, would highly recommend!

Never had a good experience with leaflet companies. That being said, ASA has kept me in touch with the distribution like I asked and I believe all my leaflets were distributed. If you're looking for professionalism and the best service, I highly recommend ASA Distribution

Great service! Very thorough and they provided a wealth of information which helped us design the perfect leaflet and target specific roads. We are now using them on a monthly basis.

Use this company at your own risk. They did not tell us they made a mistake in delivering our leaflets to entirely the wrong part of London, instead we had to find out through clients calling us from the incorrect area then had to log a complaint, this company are extremely difficult to get hold of once they have taken your money. Have not responded to the last 3 emails I have sent, do not return phone calls and overall extremely unprofessional.

Could only get through to the right person on one occasion by pretending I wanted to have leaflets delivered so give that a try if you, like several other people leaving similar reviews, have been let down by this sham of a company. I am still awaiting a report of the areas they claim to have dropped for us back in January, but nothing received and no communication from them.

Would strongly advise to do more research before using this company, funds came out of our account to Marketize - would highly recommend you google this company too before you make the same mistake our company did! Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT be fooled by the good reviews on here (which I suspect are most likely fakes)! Did an order of 5000 leaflets to be distributed by these guys. Not one person in the area received a leaflet through their door. Also got 0 response from the campaign! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!

I am unsure about the negative reviews I've read here but my 25,000 campaign was a smashing success. I have just started up my make-up business and am already fully booked for the next 2 and a half weeks. Highly recommended!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We arranged the distribution of leaflets for a local children's charity we were supporting. After the 'distribution' we checked at a large number of properties we manage and spoke to local residents and not a single one had received a leaflet. ASA then did not respond to any calls despite my team calling on over 5 occasions.

Only when threatened with legal action did we get an email response from the MD who was rude and unhelpful, He refused to address our concerns, not even an acknowledgement that we may feel aggrieved. When asked why we have not had a call back despite numerous calls, he simply stated the calls were logged on their 'system' and as far as he was concerned that was sufficient response.

I believe their so called 'system' is a sham which they hide behind. They have a total lack of understanding of what good customer service is, and I'm very surprised they are still operating. I do not believe our leaflets were distributed, we feel particularly aggrieved as the leaflets were for a local charity. I would not use this company again if they paid ME. I will also be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Very professional sounding company before collecting advance payment. for distribution of 9613 leaflets in two different post code areas of Greenwich. After getting money they moved distribution dates. They promise to give you online tracking. There is no online tracking. My campaign is still "In Progress" since 01/02/2016. They said it is completed and will email us report. No report sent after many reminders. Now they do not answer my phone. Please AVOID them.

I absolutely enjoyed working with those people. Everything was handled in a professional and timely manner. And I've got great responses from the conducted campaign too, so I'll definitely work with them again!
