Well they lived up to their name! They came over the day after I rang them to measure up and installed the replacement double glazed window three working days later. It wasn't an urgent repair job - it had been cracked for 5 yrs but I wanted to take advantage of some scaffolding I had up. Speedy and friendly service. UPDATE: Got them back to replace the window in my uPVC french doors and they were equally speedy and good value for money. I'll definitely use them again.

Fast Repair helped me with some windows that were not sitting properly in their frames, leaving significant gaps and letting in cold air. I had previously reached out to several companies for help but as it was a small job I was ignored. Fast Repair responded quickly, answered all my questions and took extra time to make sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction, even for a small job.

Fast Repair replaced a cracked window in our London flat (rented out to tenants). They liaised with the tenants and provided an excellent service. Gulam and his colleague are professional, prompt and responsive. I called for quote first, Gulam provided promptly (reasonable quote, too!) and arrange for visit to measure the windows and replaced the double glazing windows few days later. They wore masks and gloves, took off their shoes - complying with safety during this covid-19 pandemic. Smooth process all the way through.

After dead-ends with several glaziers (seriously, other glaziers, why do you make all kinds of promises about repair, publish an onerous website enquiry form, and then ignore potential customers completely?) Fast Repair was a breath of fresh air. They responded within a day, asked for a photo of the windows, then came out to measure a few days later.
One week after that I had 6 new panes of double-glazing installed. There is no difference at all to the frame, kept entirely intact, and now my panes are beautifully transparent. I no longer feel perpetrually trapped in a Monet painting of a rainy day. Keep up the good work!
