We had a very good experience with Ada windows. I had to change the install date a couple of times and they were very understanding. The installation took slightly longer than anticipated, however they dealt with it professionally. After the work was completing, we had two very minor defects and they came out straight away to rectify. I would definitely use again

Ada replaced all of my windows and front and back doors. The actual lead time was much shorter than expected - they came and installed the windows about a week after I ordered. The doors were made to measure so they came back to do them maybe 3 weeks later. They did a great, fast job installing - would recommend to anyone.

We had a double glazed UPVC window fitted in our office room today and we are so pleased. The guys did a quick and thorough job with the least amount of mess. The whole process from speaking to Ali to arrange it all, to surveyor and installers ran so smoothly. Cannot rate this company enough. We will definitely use them again.

Professional! Great team of people from the assessors, fitters to Ali in the backroom! All but one window measured to perfection and only one window broke on installation. Prompt remeasuring and replacement without charge demonstrates how comprehensive the team are despite hurdles. We also got the wrong door initially but this was rectified very quickly and we are very happy with our triple glazed windows and doors.
Never oversold and didnt ask for full payment until we were satisifed! Would use them again if needed! Warrenty backed by insurance (if worse case Ada go Bust) so i have no complaints.

Aysegul was fantastic and arranged for Oktay and Hakan to come next morning. They gave a very competitive quote. I stressed the urgency and within a couple of days Ali called from the factory to say the units could be fitted after the weekend. Good as their word, Mr Niyazi, Mr Angel and Mr Akyol fitted the units without a hitch or mess. They also fitted replacement hinges to another window.
