I would not recommend Kent windows. I arranged a time to have my door measured the owner didn't arrive so I telephoned and another guy came out who was I felt patronising in the way he spoke to me. I went in the shop the next day to ask about the quote and was told abruptly by the guy who measured the door that it will take a while to get a quote.
I was made to feel a nuisance. There seemed to be no sense of urgency and that as it was only a door didn't want the business. A month on now I haven't heard back so I assume I was correct so have taken my business elsewhere.
