10 Very happy. Work was done to a high standard, and the lantern looks superb. Everyone involved -manager, salesman, administrators, surveyor and fitters - was/were friendly, professional and competent. Would highly recommend this company and their products.

From the first call back through to signing off on the installation, working with the team at 1st Scenic has been a pleasure. The sales team are helpful, informative and patient (no pushy sales techniques!), the surveryors are experienced and confident in what they're doing and the fitters are polite, considerate and tidy (as much as they can be when ripping out windows).

We had a large number of windows replaced and can honestly say the process was no where near as stressfull as i had anticipated it might be, and that is purely down to the fantastic service offered by 1st Scenic. If i had any more windows left to change i wouldn't hesitate in using 1st Scenic again. Highly recommend.

I was really pleased with the service 1st Scenic provided in installing a new front door. Communication was excellent and also extremely responsive. The end product was delivered to a high spec. I purposefully chose 1st Scenic over some of the bigger players as reviews for those other companies regularly highlighted poor customer service and poor communication. I'm really glad I made the choice I did as 1st Scenic offered excellent customer service throughout.

We order a lot of windows and doors for our extension, Very nice service, very reasonable price given comparing to the big ones and friendly sales/installation/support team, highly recommended. Although we had some delay although due to factory reason, but I guess they are also struggle to answer a date. So order earlier is the suggestion for big project.

This company is excellent! Sam Butler one of the estimators came to measure up and give us a quote, for a bay window and study window. Sam was lovely, personable & no heavy sales pitch? Really? Yes, no pushy pitch! He left the quote with us and I called them the next day to accept the quote. We went for the triple glazing on both windows as there was not a great deal of difference in the price! So pleased with the finished result! And so pleased with their workmanship! Can highly recommend them.

Overall the experience from start to finish was very professional. The salesman (Sam) came to provide a quote and was not pushy as many of these companies are. A surveyor then measured and gave an estimated time frame for fitting. An email was then sent to me giving the actual installation date. The price was competitive and the quality of the door very good. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend 1st Scenic
