Absolutely awful service, disorganised and disjointed. Lack of care to their customers and dismissive untrained disorganised staff. I would highly recommend you avoid this place like the plague

Lytham windows recently completed an orangery extension on the back of our house We can't recommend them highly enough. Every part of the job was carried out perfectly From the initial survey and quotation to the building work. Every member of staff was an absolute pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company.

Just had new windows fitted and they are just amazing the lads worked all the day from 9am until dark. Professional through and through, cannot recommend them more. Quality windows at a good.price

We can't recommend this company enough. We recently had new windows and doors and an orangery fitted. Dave and his staff were all extremely pleasant to deal with, especially Dave himself, his surveyor Mark and Pat in the office. Nothing was too much trouble, the communication was excellent from start to finish. We are over the moon with all the work carried out. Thank you very much!

Had patio doors in 1 months ago couldn't lock doors yesterday, rang this morning came with in 2 hours very pleased with the service

Terrible service. I waited six weeks for someone to come and fix one window pane which cracked spontaneously (probably due to being in direct sunlight) only to be told it wasn't covered with their warranty because "it was probably due to accidental damage". I know for a fact there was no accidental damage, I don't appreciate essentially being called a liar (and this was from the MD!) but even worse was having to wait six weeks for absolutely nothing. Rude staff and awful attitude towards customers.

Extremely helpful, my 10 year old conservatory gutter brackets had snapped. No longer sold online, I called into Lytham Windows and they managed to find a few spare and gave me them for free! Amazing service

I cannot rate them more highly sadly. Fantastic local firm that when faced with an unexplained issue with a double glazed unit, after careful assessment, in this case they provided exceptional service. Dave was fantastic. I would not look to use another based on this experience I would return when ever I have further windows to fit.

I was recommended Lytham Windows by a friend but after they fitted the wrong glass in a front door and window I ended up having to make 3 extra appointments - one to replace the glass with the correct pattern, one to turn the glass around as they fitted it back to front and one where the fitter didn't turn up. After I suggested a good will gesture of a discount for inconvenience I was told they didn't give discounts.

It's a shame I can't invoice them for the 3 half days extra I had to wait in for them to rectify a problem they caused. Poor quality control and lack of common sense led to this. 5 weeks later I finally have the door and window I have now paid full price for. No call from the manager to apologise either, not a professional service. Gave them 2 stars as the receptionists were lovely.
