Where do I start! Do not use this company! Their customer service is shocking! They never respond to messages left with the messaging service or emails. I mean never! Still waiting on proposed date for plastering and replacement to items not 100% manufactured well. Customer service really letting them down massively. I think they have all taken WFH to mean do nothing!

After booking to see if they could give me a quote for a job a few days ago, they rang me day before to cancel visit because we did not own the house, when I rang and booked the visit, I explained that we was going to put a offer in for the property if the job could be done. That to me is not professional for a company

BEWARE! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Aftercare is shocking, they do not want to help! Our conservatory has discolored after 5 years and we have waited and chased them for a response for nearly 5 months to be told its our fault and accused us of using certain products which we haven't! They have never sent anyone out to check or investigate, just fobbed us off! we paid over 28k for our new room which looks like its been up for years and the frame is old and battered. CONTRACT NUMBER 390960316 BOUGHT 2016 Stay away from this company!

BUYERS BEWARE. We are in the process of having a Atrium done by this company they do not directly employ the tradesmen that do the work they are all subcontractors that have other work, so the delays are huge from one trade to the next so for this xmas we have no kitchen, no heating, no electric to a large portion of our home, it is also covered in dust and dirt on the inside even though we clean it daily.

There is no consideration that you have to live at your property while they do the work the middle management are next to useless any problems you have are totally ignored, phone calls are almost never answered by the person you are trying to contact for days. The tradesmen are good at what they do and are helpful and do a good job but the time delays between one trade and another is way to long as they have other jobs on the go at the same time.

This is without doubt the worst experience of any building company we have ever had and have paid 78000 for the privilege as well. At the start the salesman will promise anything you want at a price which is all well and good but when it comes to clearview delivering it will not happen as the management of your project would be better off being done by the chimpanzees at chester zoo as you will find out to your cost.

Some very close friends of ours used this company. After waiting many months for work to start, the orangery was built, then had to be demolished due to their incompetence and the builders were 'given the wrong plans'. Even the foundations had to be taken out and redone. Their existing drainage system was damaged during the process. No progress at all.

Communication is absolutely rubbish. No return phone calls, lots of 'untruths' and false promises. Project manager a total waste of time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Going to report to 'Rip-off Britain' next week. AVOID.

Absolute joke of a company. Quote accepted middle of March. Agreed a fitting date for 7th June, to be told 2 days later (9th June)that our front door wasn't in stock. To be told again front door would be in on 23/6/21. Door didn't turn on this date either. Rang the installation manager who didn't have a clue when the door would arrive. But for some reason he then came up with a delivery date of the 16th July, and the door to be fitted on the 19th.

I rang again on the 16th July to see where the door was, and once again it still was with them. The wait goes on again! Terrible customer service, the management haven't got a clue what their doing, giving the company a very bad name and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Dealing with these rank amateurs and their joke sub-contractors on my conservatory build has been a horrific experience from day one. After 5 months with no resolution to an issue raised in January, I had to issue a letter before claim and almost take legal action before I got a resolution and even then it was like pulling teeth. Id find someone else to do your work as you'll find someone better from both a build and aftercare perspective as Clearview are inept but worse than that.don't actually care.

The build was a total joke and aftercare even worse as that was handled by the so-called Senior Management! Clearview employ really poor contractors (who then sub-contract further). There's zero ownership, project management or quality control of the contractors from a Clearview perspective so you're basically left with the sub-contractors making on site decisions and cockups.

It's you who ends up dealing direct with them and it's you who'll be chasing up to see when someone will next be on site etc.all you. Ignore their glossy brochures and tv adverts as it's all fur coat and no knickers. Your "project manager" will just be there to collect payment, he's pretty much a chocolate fireguard (hiya John ). My tragic effort of a build included: drains being blocked due to them brushing glass etc down them (which I had to sort myself), windows measured wrongly causing 6 week delay and the icing on the cake. underfloor heating being damaged and failing within 8 weeks of installation.

The underfloor issue was reported damaged 6th January and only got resolved by financial settlement on 18th June. This was after I had to source and pay my own contractors to fix the issues that Clearview and their inept contractors couldn't or wouldn't resolve.as they have bad working relationships. I also had to haggle for months as Clearview only wanted to reimburse me less than half of my costs incurred despite having a 5 year guarantee and despite me arranging all the works.

They displayed an unbelievable attitude and as I say, this only got resolved when I threatened legal action. Makes me laugh when I see the management quoting such things as "customer centric" on their LinkedIn profiles etc and yet they don't do it in reality when there's an actual issue.did I mention fur coat and no knickers? . Special mention aswell to their flooring contractor, Simon Burgess and EXCEL CERAMICS who are really really s*** at laying underfloor heating and are cheap and dishonest.

They cut through one of the underfloor wires after clearing adhesive with a stanley knife (I mean really? A stanley knife?! ) and did a "proper fix" on it. Lo and behold 8 weeks later, I'm contacting Clearview as it's not working. Coincidence right?! Wrong. Twice I arranged appointments for them to sort the floor and twice they never turned up and didn't have the courtesy to let me know.customer service not exactly top of their skillset either!

From day one, I've received a disastrous build and even more disastrous shabby aftercare. Id never use Clearview again and I'd never recommend them. The only thing I would recommend is that you think twice and then think again before using them! They're honestly just not worth the risk and hassle. I got another quote off a local builder which unfortunately arrived after I'd already committed to Clearview That was cheaper and I've no doubt they'd have been more suitable after seeing the quality work they've done on a neighbours property so I'm gutted. Clearview are classless imposters imo so don't use them.

I'd hate anyone else to go through what I've been through if I could help it. Clearview will tell you that management is new in and they're making changes and getting new contractors in.blah blah. Don't believe a word of it.as even the new management and they're small time amateur attitude were a struggle to deal with.

Quality of windows are good, (fitted by myself as I'm a joiner). Wanted to buy 2 hinges direct from them as mine had buckled after 10yrs, due to not using this window often. Spoke to their after sales girl and was horrible and not helpful at all. I asked to speak to the manager and they wouldn't even acknowledge me and told me to go to a local hardware store or the Internet. I didn't want them for Free. Avoid this firm as they are not bothered about the public one bit. Very disappointed!

Very good price and very good service. Fitters were excellent, it was a complicated fit as it was replacing French windows in a bay with the side windows remaining, with bifolds but it didn't seem to phase the team and the work was excellent. Couldn't recommend Clearview enough.

Just had all new windows and doors fitted by Clearview. They provided excellent service from the first phone call. The products used are to a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble. The staff are all very polite and the quality of the work was brilliant . The fitters even tided up after thems
