Crofts WILL build WITHOUT seeking planning permission and building regulation approval. Crofts took down my next door neighbours conservatory and built a much bigger, all brick and fully tiled roof garden room. They cut corners by not seeking and advising my neighbour she needed planning permission as it was 2 feet over permitted development. There was no building regulations notice logged with the planning department either.

This is where an inspector from the council visits the build and check the building work is safe and to building regulations. Its a legal requirement.! The result now is, due to the whole mess up by Crofts, my neighbour and I don't speak and probably never will. Be warned!

Great service, with good attention to detail. The products are spot on! We were referred by a friend who'd got both doors and windows replaced and now we keep returning as we need different ones in the house replaced. The staff are helpful, friendly and professional and most of all they remember you even when it's been 18 months or more!

I have spent over two years renovating a Victorian house. Sash windows were originally fitted in the property and I wanted to retain the character. I also wanted the colour of the frames to match the stone facade. I was delighted with what I received from Crofts. I found Colin attentive to my requirements and when he came to measure the windows he came up with several excellent ideas.

They were fitted by Matthew and Tristan who showed attention to detail. I am absolutely delighted with the windows and the customer service. It is noteworthy that in recent weeks, two people who I do not know have walked past the house and commented on how well the windows look. It says a lot if complete strangers make positive comments.

This is the second time I've used Croft (first time a porch, this time windows) and I can't recommend them highly enough. Yes they are slightly more than some other places, but the quality and workmanship are absolutely excellent and the aftercare is fantastic so more than worth it. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

We ordered flush style window frames for our house along with flush style patio doors and a door plus side panel as our porch internal door along with an external Rockdoor for the porch. The doors and windows look great but we did have some issues with the initial sales process, survey and installation. Considering what we spent this was somewhat annoying, however, Colin the after sales manager and his team were very professional.

The patio doors and the internal door had to be remade and remedial work on the windows, mainly adjustments needed to be carried out. We have had other double glazing companies in the past and we have had problems with every single one of them, to the point that we have had to initiate legal action. Not so with Croft, they admitted that the process was not as it should have been and took immediate action to rectify it.

It has been some months since the installation and everyhting is working as it should and we feel confident that should something need fixing then Croft will be there. Next year we will probably have our old conservatory replaced and that will be with Croft. To judge a good company is not always about delivering perfection at the outset (which would be the ideal) but how a company rectifies issues when it goes wrong. Therefore, we have no hesitation in giving 5 stars and recommend any to give Croft a look, they may not be the cheapest but they are nonetheless competitive and certainly not the most expensive.

We have used Croft several time and the quality of their workmanship is superb. Their after care service is second to none and their polite customer service team are a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I can highly recommend Croft Conservatories for quality service and a transparent professional approach from start to finish. The finished orangery is a fantastic addition to our house and the workmanship is first class - Croft employ a team of highly skilled tradespeople and this continued with outside contractors such as electrics and plumbing. We had approached a number of competitors ahead of choosing Croft who delivered on schedule and on budget with impressive attention to detail.

Croft has just completed our orangery, the results are fantastic. We are really pleased with the final results. I have to say the service received has been impeccable. I can only praise the fitters Andy and his partner, their professionalism, was second to none and they really knew there stuff. All in all the order through to delivery was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Thanks to all at Croft for our new windows and doors. We were a little nervous having had a previous bad experience with another company but found Croft to be nothing but professional from first contact with the salesman who was very informative through to their excellent fitters. We have had our Croft orangery for several years now and so far so good! As a result we have a very usable, all year round additional room in our house which I'm sure has also added value. We've recommended Croft to friends, family and neighbors who have also had work done by Croft as a result. As with all significant building work the process wasn't without its snags but this is to be expected sometimes. its more about what is done to put things right. I found dealing with John Croft very easy and he understood our requirements and flexed accordingly where possible.
