Can't rate them highly enough, built just what we wanted worked hard and very friendly staff, these guys stint on nothing.

We had a lovely man come round to fix my nans door he was in and out in minutes and even checked the windows for her he was very kind polite and welcoming I think it's safe to say my nan will be using this company again when she needs it Service: General door repair

Booked an appointment Six weeks in advance. No show, rang 3 days on the trot to an answer machine. Day 4 spoke to a person, who was going to look in to it and ring me back. 2 weeks on, no phone call. Went somewhere else.

Critical: Responsiveness Went to their Scarisbrick showroom, only to find it closed. So I rang their head office and they couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. Needless to say that set major alarm bells ringing.

Good company very reliable service I as tradesman myself have seen there workmanship first hand numerous times, good company and great staff.

We have had windows fit previously and were happy. Door fit arranged for a date the fitters turned up but when the door was delivered from the suppliers one side of the glass was smashed. I said no problem just fit it and the glass can easily be swopped at a later date. I was told 5 days. Door was fit I was happy with that and paid in full straight away.

Because of covid and business need cash flow. After 3 weeks I chanced it up and spoke to a lady who said she would chase it. After another week I spoke to a man and he promised to sort it. Here I am week 6 and I have chased up again and now waiting for a response. Very disappointed not by the product but lack of service what a shame as I like the product and fitment

Had door fitted. fitters rough handed and internal frame as well as external frame had to be removed. Door fitted is ok although all the plastic used on outside and silicone used is not good. Door jamb which was fitted is too big and caused a gap of around one inch in places between architrave and wall. This looks very ugly in my hall way. They also ruined architrave on my stair casing. Still waiting to hear if they will fix after contacting them twice this week with no response. If they do I will review rating. I will post again when I know.

Just had new Patio Doors (with frame and sill) fitted. Excellent service, very professional lads, cleaned up as they went and doors look amazing! Excellent value too. Thank you soooo much from an extremely happy customer

Window Care replaced 5 HUGE Victorian windows for me. The new windows are amazing. They have eliminated the cold drafts and the condensation. They look great too. The work was carried out promptly and to an excellent standard. There was no clearing up for me to do as the fitters left everywhere spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this great, local company.
