The new window we got from CBP is fab and we are extremely pleased with it, but the service prior to installation was shocking. The installation date was delayed three times with very little or no notice or explanation. When it did eventually arrive, they hadn't looked at the design properly so were unprepared for what the installation would involve, and then window had missing parts!
It was almost impossible to speak to the person in charge on the phone, and every time I did call, I felt that (other than one person, Andy, who was very helpful) the person on the phone was defensive and slightly aggressive. I'm sorry to say that, given all this, I could not recommend this company.

We are writing to say how pleased we are with the fitted windows and doors. The quality is very impressive and most people think they are wood instead of plastic. We have already had some lovely comments from neighbours and family. They hold in the heat brilliantly and also make the house completely sound proof. We especially want to say how very impressed we were with Kieran, Rob and Aaron and the work they carried out which was of a very high standard.

We used Corsham Building Plastics as we live in a conservation area and the team were extremely knowledgeable on the timber alternative windows and door (back) we wanted to fit at our property. They had plenty of samples for us to look at and were beyond helpful in supplying the right product for our house. The lead time and fitters were a joy and made for a stress free experience.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I was worried that the salesman would be a bit of 'pane' however he was brilliant, and designed a brilliant sunroom for us. The fitters were quick and efficient, cleaned up after the job and our bi-fold doors are of fantastic quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Great job Corsham Building Plastics!

What a wonderful company to deal with, from design and selection right through to the fitting day. Adam and his team really made us comfortable during the whole process. No pressure sales, just impartial advice which helped us select the right Windows and doors, we went for Alluminium windows in the Anthracite colour, they look superb and feel high quality when opening and closing.
The fitters worked tirelessly and left no mess, they even put the blinds back up for us. We are really pleased with the finish, the house has been totally rejuvenated.
