I used this company for some broken down units I had discovered in my home and the friendliness of the staff was above and beyond from the office staff to the glazier himself from measuring the units and the time it took from ordering to fitting was above my satisfaction. 100% would recommend. No show, no communications, very unprofessional. A call to cancel or explain a delay doesn't need an MBA to figure out, manners and courtesy cost them nothing. If this is how they treat potential customers when they're vying for your business, I dread to think how bad they'd be once they have your money. A lucky escape, best of luck if you use them but judging by my experience, best to stay clear!
