Excellent quality product, and any small issues were rectified immediately. Thermaglaze obviously consider their customers to be of paramount importance and that is evident by the politeness and professionalism of the fitters and the sales and office staff. Highly recommend.

I have been a loyal customer of Thermaglaze (Warminster) for many years. We have gone back to them for further double glazing on more than one occasion and have recommended them to many other people. In February of this year I asked for quotes for three further home improvements. We were visited by their sales person and approximate measurements taken.

I am still awaiting the quotes and it is now June 5th. I have emailed and have spoken to them on at least three occasions, including to the manager Rob in early May, who promised to investigate and get back to me within a few days. I am still waiting. I cannot tell you how much I regret having to write this review but feel I have no choice. I also have a failed unit in my our porch door which I first reported a year ago, and again in February when I was told the job would be put on the service list. Nothing has happened about that either. Very disappointing.

Very dissappointed. Firstly the company let us down on our orignal date of installation. Secondly after fitting we noticed a chip in the frame. i contacted the company and forwarded photos. I asked them if they could please replace as i had spent over a thousand pound per window. I got no apology but they did agree to replace the frame. Then they let me down again on the actual day of fitting.

I have now wasted three days holiday, and due to the frame needing replacing, we have come to a standstill in the decorating of the bedroom. I am now waiting again for them to contact me with yet another date This has been ongoing since 13th April 2022 and still unresolved. CHECK ALL YOUR FRAMES!

New fully glazed back door fitted by Thermaglaze, Dom was very helpful during the ordering process and made a special trip to us to help us get the right colour. The fitter was very friendly and did an excellent job, and checked we were happy with everything before leaving.

Got to agree with the rest. We used Thermaglaze years ago when we moved into our last house and although they have grown significantly since those days and we are somewhat 'out of area' for them but I gave them first refusal on the quote. Good price and the team that turned up were both highly professional and very courteous. Quality product too. Overall an excellent company to deal with from start to end, give them a try you won't be disappointed!

We have used Thermaglaze on several occasions and have always been very pleased. The most recent project was to replace our back door and kitchen window and fit a new window in our garage. We were so pleased that Thermaglaze managed to squeeze us in before Christmas and the fitters did a cracking job, thank you.

I have been using Thermaglaze for a number of years now as I gradually get round to replacing my old windows. I have always found them to be extremely friendly, helpful and professional with no sales pressure. The quality of fitting is exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and will certainly be using them again in the future.

The service was excellent. We had 4 windows fitted. The team worked around us, we had to move dates and we required a builder prior to the visit. Despite an incorrect email given out issues were solved quickly. The team were courteous, punctual and very tidy. We would highly recommend.

Thermaglaze has given me a part of my life back I have MS and I had new patio doors put in with easy access for a wheelchair I can now get out into my garden and enjoy the flowers etc and even put the washing out! The workmen were excellent even though the day they in stalled the door was one of the hottest days we have had! From start to finish the whole experience has be brilliant will definitely use again

Extremely efficient and a fair price for replacing front and back door. The initial visit to our house was punctual as was the survey and the fitter. All of whom were very pleasant and professional. The fitter was extremely efficient and left a very neat and tidy job. Took away the old doors and left no mess at all. Very happy.

I have had dealings with Thermoglaze twice in the last couple of years. We had several windows replaced first, and now I have had another window and a beautiful Solidor front door and side windows fitted. Each time I obtain estimates and Thermoglaze beat the others by at least 60 and as much as 300. Their products are first class quality and their fitters are second to none.

They advise on progress of the order, the fitters leave everything spotless and are polite and friendly, and above all, we don't pay anything until the job is done. No one else does this.
