From getting a price to ordering the windows and doors plus roof line Tracey was very helpful. We got 10 windows, French door, rock door and roofline and gutters all fitted by Mark and Kyle to a very high standard the finish around the windows and doors was excellent. I would highly recommend Rainhill Upvc especially if Mark and Kyle do the work. Really happy and thank you to all the team.

5 Star rating - Rainhill UPVC Windows were professional & friendly from start to finish, We wanted 6x Windows and a front door replacing. 1st interaction was with Liam who came out to discuss our needs and give us an estimate, he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they could offer, he was also able to answer all our questions. Tracy who I dealt with over the phone confirming I was happy to proceed with quote and arrange survey and installation dates was professional friendly and always happy to help.

After survey was done to confirm measurements, we received our call to book installation dates, the guys who came to fit the windows and doors did a fantastic job and again friendly and professional throughout installation. The doors and windows are excellent quality products and the Rockdoor we selected was the centre piece of attention in our road for the next few days!

The installation went smoothly and the guys cleaned everything up and removed any mess and did not leave until I had done full inspection and was happy with their work. Thanks to Rainhill UPVC we now have a home not a house we are proud of :-

After some initial confusion with quotes we placed an order and are really glad we did. We had new windows, facies and soffit s to half the house and a new front door. The fitters where professional and courteous and an asset to the business. They went above and beyond, resolving issues encountered during the fit and removing some of the original windows undamaged for use elsewhere.

They left Everything clean and tidy. A fault in the glass on one of the units was resolved and replaced within 24 hours. Great service and we will be getting them back to do the rest of the house.

Had new sliding patio doors fitted by Rainhill Windows and they were superb as always. They fitted our windows in the last house too and we wouldn't go anywhere else. They were reasonably priced and gave us good communication throughout whilst they were ordered (at 2.4m wide they're not your standard patio door) & even after they fitted they've followed up to make sure we are happy with everything. Really pleased with new front door fitted recently by Mark, who did a really neat job. Tracy was really helpful to arrange the work and help us choose the door. As Rainhill UPVC had done a great job to replace our roofline a couple of years ago, I had no hesitation contacting them for this recent work. From ordering to fitting, the team were very professional and deserve more than 5 star rating. They kept to appointment times, covered my carpets to protect them. They were very well mannered and respectful of my property both inside and out. Not one bit of rubbish was left from the old window. Had a new door with combination frame fitted in January 2020, so when we decided on new replacement glass we went back to Rainhill UPVC Windows for a quote, as i wanted bevels in the glass to match the door, . In the end had full replacement glass with frames and I'm glad we did. has completely lifted the look of the house, .
