Very impressed with the whole team from surveying to fitting. All done efficiently, quickly and without mess. Far more professional and cost effective than a so national windows firm who blow there own trumpets with TV adverts.

Composite door supplied and fitted. Arrived with a scratch, rather than be properly repaired it was touched up and we had to ask for a partial refund. Less than 6 months later, we have paint flaking off around the trim where the door was improperly painted without the trim being removed and painted separately. Been trying to get it sorted for months.

They sent a guy out, had the wrong colour paint. That was January and we are now in to March. Every time I speak to somebody in their office it feels like they are doing you a favour and that your call is a burden to them. Would not use again.

Why is so hard to supply a quote? Three times I phoned for a quote and three times I was told someone would phone me back but no one has. Thanks for that.

Had two bedroom and a bathroom window fitted recently. Managed to get a quote relatively quickly and they were fitted about 5-6 weeks later. The lads did a brilliant job and were dead sound, made sure no mess was left afterwards. Glad we went local as the price was reasonable compared to other companies (looking at you Safestyle )

We have recently had an orangery built by Allerton Windows, the quality of the work carried out by Tony's team was excellent. Every-team member was friendly, polite and carried out their part of the build to a high standard so everything would look and be perfect. Tony would drop in regularly to monitor progress and to see if we were happy with how things were progressing and was happy to make any changes if we asked. As an added bonus they also converted the understairs area into a toilet for us. We would happily recommend Tony and his team.

Recently had all the old windows including front door replaced by Allerton Windows and cannot recommend them enough. After obtaining three quotation Allerton Windows were the most competitive and provided the most accurate and detailed quotation. Tony and his team were professional throughout the whole process. The windows and the installation team arrived on the day I was told and they completed the works in a timely manner and to a high standard. I was working to a tight deadline and the guys even came on a Sunday to get me finished. Would definitely use again.

Really pleased with our orangery style conservatory, looks more like an extension and has added space and value to our property. The person I dealt with and his team are great to work with, very flexible, friendly and even fitted an extra window during the build which wasn't part of the original plan but it was no problem and easily accommodated. Friendly and reliable and we love the result. So happy we chose to go with Allerton Windows and would highly recommend.

In February 2020 we finally decided to go ahead with our long term plans for an extension and new kitchen. The plans in our mind were to completely transform our kitchen, dining and seating are. Then the world was hit by COVID and things were quickly put on hold. I had a few builders and contractors in mind to complete the work when we could. I followed Allerton Windows projects on social media and was impressed with their feedback.

As lockdown (1) lifted I asked 4 different companies to give me a quote. 2 failed to recall me, one made an appointment and didn't arrive, however Paul from Allerton Windows arrived on time and was excellent in talking through my ideas giving guidance. Within 2 days I had a full estimate which was broken down into exact detail of what we would be paying for.

On agreement we were only asked to wait four weeks whilst the drawings were submitted before a start date was given. The project was planned for 8 to 10 weeks. We are now complete and despite all that's going on in the world we are absolutely overwhelmed with the final product, the quality of work. More importantly is to mention that all trades people and the staff at Allerton Windows have been excellent.

Everything we imagined has come to fruition. The skill and dedication of all the workers has been without fault. Tony and Paul have always been on hand for advice and nothing seems to have been any trouble. We have had numerous friends and neighbours ask for details of Allerton Windows, where I would normally hesitate in making recommendations for such large projects, I have no problems in pointing anyone to Allerton Windows, they have been fantastic and again especially in such uncertain times. No quotes that kept changing. Price was exactly as we agreed. Just need to win the lottery now and then they can plan the extension

We had 2 exterior doors fitted and they are brilliant. Good solid and secure doors. The staff were friendly but very professional. From looking through the brochure to fitting was fast. We are really pleased and would recommend Allerton Windows anytime.

We have recently had a Orangery put onto the back of our house with Allerton windows and we are over the moon with it! After having several companies quote for our extension we went with Allerton due to the amount of positive reviews and Tony’s knowledge and honesty. All the options were explained and there were no hidden costs. We were provided with a start date and they arrived the day before to check there were no access issues. They began work on 05/11/19 and finished on 04/12/19, every day we were informed what would be happening the day after. We were so impressed, all the workers were helpful and answered any questions. Would highly recommend Allerton windows, we are very happy with our orangery with lantern roof. All the workmen were friendly and professional, Tony is great he always responds quickly to any questions we had and took on any extra work we decided we wanted.
