We had a large bedroom window installed a couple of weeks ago, and although there was a delay in its manufacture, Covid no doubt, as soon as it was ready we were contacted by Rob, who did a great job in communicating with us throughout, and a date was agreed. The lads were punctual and the window was fitted very professionally indeed by Martin and Dave, who were the utmost in tidiness, and we are delighted with the end product. Cant praise the team enough.

We recently bought 3 windows from Maghull Double Glazing. Obtaining a quote was quick, and it was detailed and fairly priced. Any questions we had were answered right away. We were advised from the offset of the timescales for delivery which helped us make informed decisions about the rest of our renovation, and the fitting was completed within a few hours. Lovely to support a local company vs the 'big brand names' that overcharge for no reason! Thank you so much :

We were thrilled and 100% satisfied with Maghull D.Glazing. Their attention to detail in doing the plans was extensive and i wondered at times if the end product would be as good as all the planning and preparation that went into a 'not so straight forward' house. Robbie and his team smashed our expectations. They turned up on the right day, on time, respectful of the surroundings and neighbour's and did a brilliant job with no fuss, cleaned up after them selves and they are thoroughly nice people to deal with. It was a 100% right choice using Maghull Double Glazing and we would have no hesitation at all in recommending them. Thank you to the entire team.

I have never been disappointed with MDG in all of the installations they have carried out for me. Yesterday was no exception when Stuart installed replacement porch doors etc for me. A really pleasant guy who worked consistently, to an excellent standard and tidied everything. MDG is not the cheapest around but for quality, skilled craftsmen and after sales care of the customer I would not go anywhere else. Thank you so much.

We had the whole house reglazed in May last year, including patio doors at the back. At first we were very pleased with the work and the quality of the doors and windows, but then earlier last year the sliding patio door started to leak. I called them to report this in March. I called again in April, then in May, each time receiving apologies and promises.
Eventually someone called in early June, identified the problem but said it was a two man job so he would report back to the office and book the work. Shortly after I went into hospital for major surgery so it was August before I was able to call them again - no repair had been done. More apologies and promises, and again in September. Eventually in October I sent a letter by recorded delivery in which I threatened to report them to Trading Standards and FENSA, and to consult a solicitor.
After one or two false starts the door was successfully repaired today, the 12th November. Seven months to effect a simple repair is appallling customer service. If you're thinking of having glazing done, find someone else.
