Would recommend this company to anyone, cant praise them enough Mike and Dylan on time every day and worked hard all day, both pleasant and polite, cleaned up every day before they left. The finished job is stunning. Thanks Shane five stars not enough

Stair restoration just completed by Mike and Dylan. It was a pleasure having them in our home. They both worked tirelessly and completed the job in 3 days to an extremely high standard. Have nothing but praise for them and would happily recommend the company to anyone.

Can't recommend Modernise your Stairs with Vale highly enough. From start to finish the customer service and craftsmanship has been amazing. Nothing too much trouble and kept informed throughout the process from the initial consultation, measuring and choosing the finish to the end finished staircase. Chad who installed the staircase was fantastic, really professional and friendly and we can't fault the finish.

We also paid to have some new doors fitted that we purchased and he even came back to re fit the door after the carpet was fitted. Everywhere was kept tidy and clean and a he was a real hard worker. We are so pleased with the finish and everyone who sees it is really impressed. If you are thinking about having it done it's well worth it and you won't be disappointed. OMG! We have just had our staircase renovated curtesy of 'Vale of Wigan'. I can't begin to express how absolutely thrilled we are, not only with the fantastic transformation but also with the wonderful team, Shane, Chad & Dylan who came in to do the renovation! Shane talked us through, designs & samples, he was a true gentleman, polite, friendly & very helpful, not a bit pushy or intimidating! Chad & young Dylan turned up on the day and time given.

They were hardworking, friendly and very professional. Excellent workmanship by Chad, great attention to detail from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. We had our staircase renovated after thinking about it for many years. We looked at the bigger companies and then went to visit the Vale showroom, so impressed with the joiner we got a quote. The work was completed within a couple of weeks of placing the order and Nick the fitter/joiner was immaculate, pure perfection. We are fussy but I would recommend this company to anyone. Perfection at it's best.

Having contacted modernise a stair case they were very reluctant to give a price. I asked him to come out and he advised he was busy. I therefore gave him measurements and he advised it was too much work and put the phone down. Unsure, but probably best to avoid
