Excellent services from sale person to fitting. They came to our home to accurately measure and give a precise quote. The prices are comparable to larger companies, what puts them above is their excellent fitter who aren't subcontractors. The fitter was professional and clean, put back mortar and made the brick faces clean where he had to cut for the window ledges. The inside edges where cleanly finised with beading and silicon finish. Excellent service and end product!

Good service, good pricing. Hope the end result will be up to expectation. Two years later, and we are still very happy with the result. Quality product that looks great and saved us a fortune in heating costs alone.

Third time I have used Sutton Windows for works and the first 2 times I found them to be brilliant. This time was a shockingly different experience. I was called with a last minute request to come a day earlier which I agreed to help them and moved things to accommodate. Was told they would arrive at 8am on the phone. Nobody had turned up till near 9am and then was very rude to my parents as they couldnt move my car (as something may fall on it from the 2nd story window they were replacing).

The half day job for 2 men turned out to be a full day for one man which again was not what I was told. They also did not have all the glass for the windows and had to re-book for 3 days later. When I fed back the issues to the person calling me for payment she was exceptionally rude and said if I wanted to complain I needed to write to them and made every excuse as if installing the windows for me was a favour not a service I paid for.

Couldn't disagree more wit the previous comment, very professional and tidy. The fitters worked at our house for 2 days solid replacing the windows in our house.

I found these to be an excellent company to use for my new back door. I opted for a traditional pvcu stable door and it looks beautiful. Very well installed and a really friendly team. Thanks!
