Many Conservatories and Orangeries become either dated or simply worn out and need an update, but in many cases the existing base is perfectly ok.
We can help with a variety of home improvement projects, such as extensions and garage conversions. At Mark Forrest & Co, we can build anything from a porch to a full 2 storey extension, from the initial consultation, planning, building control and full build. In most cases an extension can be a far cheaper option than moving, to create that extra space you need. At Mark Forrest & Co we offer a full replacement service. We remove all existing timber facias and soffits, replace any rotten roof timber.

The service was not good. They wouldn't even speak to us properly and halfway through our conversation the receptionist decided to answer a phone call. She was very rude and blunt. But.we managed to find their suppliers in Bolton - Northwest Gardens Buildings, 5a Railed Clough Industrial Estate, Railed Lane, BL3 1RP. Guess the jokes on them!

Mark replaced the roof on our Victorian conservatory with an Icotherm system. It has transformed the conservatory into a fully useable room and was worth every penny. Tim was great to deal with from the outset; a straight, non nonsense approach that got us eactly what we wanted. We received good guidance for our project. the team who worked on the job were outstanding; workmanship was excellent and they did it all with good humour! Overall, a terrific company to deal with who did a terrific job for us. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Well done and a big thank you!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Mark, Tim and all the team for the work they did on our new conservatory and kitchen renovation. From start to finish they put us at ease with the process, answered all our questions (even the silly ones) and ensured that we were completely satisfied with their service. We had our polycarbonate conservatory roof replaced with an Icotherm system after doing a lot of research and getting many quotes. Tim came out and gave a no nonsense quotation at a price that was very reasonable. The work that was subsequently carried out was done to an excellent standard. It was a pleasure to have all the trades on site as they did the work efficiently, to a very high standard and with good humour. We are very pleased with the result (just need to decorate now!) and we can recommend Mark Forrest without hesitation. Thank you Mark!

Last year we had Mark Forrest & Co install a new conservatory roof and full rear windows. We were so impressed we have recently had the front of the house done in the same dark grey colour, including new French doors to our porch. Once again, from quote to execution, the team was fantastic. The quality of the windows and doors is superb and the installation team very skilled and efficient. Big Thankyou for our orangerie, the best thing we have spent money on. From the start to the finish nothing was to much trouble. Mark Forrest you have a brilliant work force. Tim your sales man, and specially your work men.bricklayers who do the hard labour First Class I will make them bacon and egg butties all day long.&. not forgeting the orangerie expert installers of the roof doors and windows. plasters, electrician and joiner who fitted our skirting boards
