Company description says no pushy salesmen. Had someone come to give us a quote and they told us there was a sale on that ended that day and that we had to sign a contract then and there and pay a deposit to secure the price. After advising twice that we weren't planning on making a decision that day so please give us the standard price quote we still only received the discounted price that had to be paid that day. Advised we'd already received a cheaper quote so would likely go with them (but they insisted we sign the contract in case we changed our mind). Next morning received 3 missed calls within 20 minutes to find out why we hadn't paid our deposit. Definitely think we dodged a bullet by going with someone else

Having been very pleased with the workmanship I recommended them to my son and as below the original appointment was delayed and then supplied a different window to the one on the specification. The installation ran late that caused problems with the builders who had to come back to finish decorating and they are now discussing more money because window spec was different then the one supplied and this claim continues between the two of them. I awarded two stars because workmanship is good but found customer service poor

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! After they confirmed a fitting date, they called on the day and said they could not attend. Then when they finally called back and gave me another date they turned up with only half the order stating the other window had not even been ordered! After finally getting thought to some one that could "help" they said they would call me back.
After waiting half a day I called them back and they informed me that they don't have a date for the fitting of the other window. No form of compensation offered for me losing 3 days of pay waiting for them to fit the windows, and a very forced apology was eventually made. I would not recommend using this company if you have any sense.
