We have used Cara glass for two separate orders for windows over the last 12 months and are extremely pleased with the level of service covering the ordering and handling of any queries, the installation, and the quality of the windows that we have installed. From start to finish it has been a pleasure to deal with the team at Cara, everyone we have dealt with has been very pleasant and professional (it's so nice to deal with people that seem to have a genuine interest in the success of the business and the service that is delivered).

When asked for a recommendation or who has installed our windows (and we have been by a number of people that have seen the work we have had done completed) we have had absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cara Glass, and as we still have further glazing to be done we will be returning customers in the future.

We've just had four windows replaced by Cara glass. We had many quotes but so pleased that we went with Cara. Their design idea was the best, they were efficient, professional and clean. We are over the moon with our new windows. 100% would recommend and will be using them again for our front door.

Work recently carried out to replace the Juliet doors in my flat. Cara Glass turned up when they said and carried out the work to the highest standard. Their fitters were exemplary, both friendly and knowledgeable and tidied up so that you would not have known that they were there. Would thoroughly recommend them.

An excellent service, conscientious installers who displayed clean and tidy workmanship. Two of the glazing units had slight scratches and these were replaced promptly without any fuss. Overall, an extremely efficient company and we were very pleased with the end result.

I found Cara Glass via Google, I was looking for a reliable local firm and I'm happy to report that is exactly what we got . We had a large patio door replaced in our living room & the brickwork cut down from an existing window in our dining room so that French doors with a side window could be installed. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent.

My first phone call was dealt with by a lovely friendly lady who arranged for someone to come out & measure up. The chap that turned up (sorry name escapes me!) was very efficient & ran through our various options, nothing seemed to be too much trouble, so much so that initially we were only going to have our patio door changed but when I discovered that they could also deal with removing brickwork, re-plastering etc, we also booked to have the French doors done.

Fast forward a few weeks & we received a phone call to see if it would be convenient to start the work the following Monday. Monday duly arrived, Tony & Nico turned up bang on time. From the start they just got on with the job, they were hard working, polite, efficient & cleaned up after themselves, taking all the old bricks & rubbish away. Tony even managed to cut the bricks out without filling the house with dust, definite bonus there!

There was a lot of work to do but by about 2pm the following day they were all done. And what a cracking job they have done too. I can't believe the difference these doors make to our property! They have been fitted to perfection, the patio door glides so smoothly & easily, we seem to keep finding excuses to use it . I'm so pleased I found Cara Glass, if you're thinking of having some doors/windows you will love these guys. I will definitely use them again, when the need arises. maybe replacement glass for the conservatory one day .

Helpful, neat, professional and polite fitting team who fitted an inner door and side panels and an outer door and side panels last Friday. First time my hall has been warm in 9 years. No problem fitting the colour I wanted either. Competitive price. Surveyor excellent and office team friendly and helpful. Delivered within the timeframe notified before Christmas.

I can't fault Cara Glass. The standard of work is excellent, the windows and doors are beautiful quality and the fitters were fast, polite and even hoovered up after themselves. The price was as quoted, and I am extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend Cara Glass.

I have been using the services of Cara Glass for over 20 years. They are without doubt the best company I have ever dealt with. Trustworthy, reliable, and totally honest. In fact, any term for excellent that comes to mind can be applied.

After battling the effect of the elements on southwest facing wooden bay windows for 25 years I finally decided that I had had enough of ladder and scaffold tower work every other year. I used Cara Glass because I wanted windows to closely match the original windows and selected Residence 9 windows as the best option - Cara Glass is the local installer.

We are very pleased with the aesthetics and quality of the windows. The installers were efficient, cheerful and professional and left very little mess (the dry and sunny weather helped of course). We also had a sash window replaced which also fits well and is of good quality. There is little essential redecoration to do, although of course new windows make the surroundings look shabby. We would use Cara Glass again.

Recently we replaced our all windows, doors including two patio doors. Cara Glass been very Fantastic from first call to the end. Simon, Martin, Steve and office staff all of them were very friendly and honest people. Quality work and completive price no look anywhere, very trustworthy also they are ahead of their schedule. I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family with full of confidence and Brilliant Company to deal with.

I obtained 5 quotes for a new Solid Conservatory roof and composite front door, Cara Glass were very competitive with their price and a Local company which swayed us in their direction. Cara replaced our Front Door and old polycarbonate conservatory roof with a new solid one within a week. The whole team that carried out the work were very professional and the workmanship was brilliant.

The transformation of the room is amazing, making the conservatory into a proper living area. From start to finish Cara have provided a very good service with excellent communication, keeping us informed about everything I would highly recommended Cara Glass and the whole team, I will definitely contact them again if I need any other work done.

Excellent service from those great people at Cara Glass. From first calling them about a job to replace a broken window and a blown double glazing unit, to the work being completed was quick and easy. The price was very reasonable and the length of time taken to survey, order the glass and then fit it was only about three weeks. The fitters, who came to do the job, were polite courteous and very efficient. In sum, an excellent local company, offering great value for money as well as fantastic service.
