Very happy with our new window and fantastic back door with integrated blind absolutely love it. The security is second to none. The whole process from start to finish was friendly, professional and efficient. The work carried out on the day we couldn't fault at all, friendly and skilled and considerate to our property and all in all a job well done

Very happy with our windows and doors. Daniel in Sales was fab, really patient and explained everything really well. The Droylsden Glass quote was 1 of 3 we obtained, all with similar prices, we opted to go with Droylsden from the great reviews, and helpfulness of Daniel. We did experience some delays and issues with our windows, which were no fault of Droylsden but Droylsden got them sorted : The customer service team - Becky and Andy were fab, the guys who installed the windows and doors were lovely, trustworthy and kept the place clean and tidy.

Would be 5 stars, but dropped a star because I did have to do some chasing with the installation team to sort out some of the problems caused in manufacturing. Communication with the installation team could definitely be improved, but once we were referred to customer service it was a fabulous experience!

We have used this company for over 20 years in two different properties so it was a no brainer to go to them for two new doors. As with all things in the building trade at present it took a littler longer to get the job done but we had regular updates on progress. The workmanship was as expected with the job completed quickly, cleanly and with a finish that looks perfect. We would always recommend them.

French windows fitted. Information Droylsden Glass there was a problem with one of the pains of glass. I was asked to send in a picture, which I did. Someone needs to come out to look, not view a picture. Had an email response to say someone would be in touch. Still waiting. Not great service

Really happy with our new windows and the service from Droylsden Glass. Our first point of contact was the fabulous Mel who visited to discuss our requirements and was an absolute pleasure to deal with-a great ambassador for the company! Our new windows were slightly delayed due to the manufacturer but we were kept informed along the way. The quality of the windows is very high and workmanship top-notch and all for a price that was very competitive compared to other quotes we received. I wouldn't hesitate to use Droylsden Glass again.

Droylsden Glass fitted a new PVC door. They said what they were going to do and they did it, no if's, no but's no maybe's. Couldn't have asked for more. Excellent service!

Received a quote from Droylesden Glass which I accepted. Signed a contract and paid my deposit. Two weeks later I'm called to be told they can no longer complete the order as they under quoted. Very disappointing and a huge waste of time. The only small upside is my deposit was returned quickly once the contract had been reneged on.

Droylsden Glass's quote for windows and patio doors was twice as much as others, but the standards of their installation service and products have fallen well short of our expectations. It has taken 3 months and multiple return visits to arrive at an installation that is satisfactory. We would not consider them for any future project.

Terrible. Having waited 10 weeks for a composite door to be installed it soon became apparent the lock wasn't as smooth as it should be and made entry very difficult at times. Considering the manufacturer offers a cash payout of you can get through the door having difficulty getting in was a cause for concern. A call to the company and we disappointedly had to settle for an appointment 3 weeks in the future. 3-weeks came but the engineer didn't a call to the company and they hadn't even booked in. We still have a sticky lock and no response from the company as to when it's going to get fixed. Absolutely terrible service won't be using them again

Customer service absolute shambles took them three doors to get it right been going on since February no discount for my waiting and inconvenience or even a apology disgraceful

Happy to take your money, promises broken, many excuses and still no conservatory after 7 months PLEASE AVOID

Droylsden Glass have just fitted 2 new windows and a composite door for us which we are really happy with. They are top quality and well fitted - the 2 guys who came to fit them were great and worked all day none stop. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them in future if ever needed! First contact with this company today and very off putting. They insist that quotes are given by email rather than taking details down over the phone. If they can't be bothered to talk to me, I can't be bothered to talk to them. 8 bifold doors required and expected cost of approx 12 - 15K. Their loss, I will go elsewhere.

Glass arrived much quicker than expected. Fitted quickly. Great service and good quality. Would recommend.

What can we say, long process but no fault of Droylsden glass, COVID and planning permission etc. We have had a one storey wrap round of our house, which includes a new one storey bedroom and a new conservatory. Quite a big project for them as they normally do conservatories orangeries, doors, windows etc. Everyone at Droylsden glass has been brilliant.

The sales person Daniel, there was no pressure to do anything, he gave us all the information on our requirements. On top of being a reputable company, That's what made us go for them rather than other quotes. All of the tradesmen were Exceptional! The builders we had were more than Exceptional. Brendan, Paul and Phil were amazing! They hammered sorting the new foundations in no time. Honest, the brick work they have done is second to none!

Great guys as well, Brendan was Always on hand to answer any questions I had and reassurances when needed. Absolute Top man and Exceptionally skilled builder! Then Wayne and Marcus, the fitters came. Wayne was the lead and very skilled man and did an Amazing job fitting the roof, all doors, windows conservatory roof glass etc. Looks brilliant, thanks Wayne & Marcus! Stuart put in our radiators. Darren did the plastering and Tony did the electrics.

Again Top skilled men! The directors Karl and Darren were Always there to have in put if needed. Faye, our project coordinator, Absolute Amazing! Faye was always there everyday over a couple of months to answer any questions and coordinating everything to get everything built. Thank you Faye! Long review but Warranted. Thank you all at Droylsden Glass. You have a great team. We now have an amazing bedroom for our daughter and a beautiful conservatory! Chris & Mel
