Due to continuous expansion since 1967, Reddish has now established offices in 3 locations (Warrington, Sale and Stockport) around Manchester making them more accessible and allowing Reddish to reach its customers quicker. Reddish joinery consists of 24 dedicated employees, from installers to showroom staff, who aim to provide high quality service without compromising on product quality or pressuring potential customers to buying. With existence of over 40 years, Reddish has managed to expand its product range significantly. Moreover, due to continuous capital investment into technology, Reddish has now obtained a CNC router which allows them to decrease the manufacturing time of bespoke products but at the same time maintain high quality of its products leading to higher customer satisfaction.

Update: Having received the response to my review. I phoned Reddish Joinery. The order was placed by my partner John Shaw. Reddish Joinery haven't since bothered to responded. Extremely disappointed with the door we purchased from Reddish joinery. We noticed the door rotting during lockdown. At the time of purchased we believed the door would be made my Reddish joinery themselves, but apparently it's one they buy in from another supplier.
We asked for a hard wood door but it's clearly made from cheap wood. Now they are quoting 4500.00 for a replacement. The door isn't fit for purpose and clearly has a design/build fault. We also had a similar problem with a similar front door that also rotted after just a few years and that was replaced. Having been a customer with Reddish joinery for a few years we are extremely disappointed with their attitude and handling of this situation. They do not care about their customers.

This is the second time we have used Reddish joinery and we are delighted yet again with the finished result. It has been a pleasure to work with Caroline, Lee and all the team throughout our project. If you're looking for craftsmanship, and a company who listens to you, you are in the right place. I honestly cannot fault this firm, the installation team are a great bunch of very skilled guys who were a pleasure to have here.

We have used Reddish joinery to fit windows and a conservatory in our old house and windows and a bespoke orangery in our new house. We've been very pleased with the service and the completed product. Lee was great at helping us achieve what we wanted with the orangery and we are delighted with it. It can be hard to find a company willing to do something a little different and not just off the shelf - they organised all the building work, contractors, permissions etc. The guys doing the work were lovely, neat and hard working and not a bother to have around. Would definitely recommend Reddish Joinery

Reddish have designed, organised planning for and built a timber framed garden room at the rear of our house in Macclesfield. The attention to detail and quality is superb and the finish is fantastic. It's the second time I've used them, having had all windows for the house replaced by them earlier in the year. I could not recommend them more highly and will be using them again.

Every stage of our orangery build was met expertly and professionally. Nothing was a problem for them and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for us. Really pleased with our new wooden window and external doors. The customer service received from start to finish was excellent. We recently used Reddish Joinery to convert our old dilapidated conservatory into an amazing Orangery. Right from the outset we couldn't help but be impressed with Lee's attention to detail and the sound advice he gave us. Once the project started the attention to detail continued and the quality of the workmanship really showed. I think this was a lot to do with the fact the Reddish Joinery manufacture the parts themselves, so they can guarantee the quality.
We were so impressed with the finished job we went on to order a new back door as well. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Lee and Reddish Joinery, and should the need arise we will definitely use them again.

Showroom visit didn't feel overly welcoming and staff didn't appear knowledgable. Went to factory showroom as advised by the showroom and nobody was anywhere to be seen even though doors were open etc (12.30 yesterday). Also sounds like there are long lead times when other companies have significantly shorter lead times (we were after aluminium sliders, window and front door) Definitely shop around and go with your gut.

20 years ago Reddish Joinery built our last conservatory. It looked as good the day we left it as it did when it was built. So when we moved, we decided to ask them to build us an orangery. And we are thrilled. Apart from a minor logistical issue with the roof glass, which was unavoidable, it was pain free. They were very professional. The team were great. Absolutely thrill with it. Would recommend them to anyone. See you guys in another 20 years!

From someone who doesn't normally write reviews, but due to the standard in end to end service and quality of the craftsmanship, I've felt that it's worth sharing my experience. I had an idea I was looking for an orangery, but had no idea about size, design or overall finish. The design team that initially came out were so knowledgeable and gave real assurance they knew what they were doing and could deliver what I was looking for.
Following an agreement on design and price the team took control from start to finish. The team that came on site to install the foundations, brickwork and the orangery were so professional and their craftsmanship were second to none. I'm so incredibly pleased with the build and it has enhanced the overall look and feel of the house. Thanks Reddish

I have had an Accoya orangery and also windows and I folding doors from Reddish Joinery and they are fantastic. Great workmanship and the who process from start to finish was so easy. The fitters were friendly and worked hard and we have been so pleased with the work. Will be using again in the future.
