We ordered several sealed units from Ideal to replace those from our original double glazing installation (by a different contractor) which had failed after 25 years or more! The work was carried out expertly and efficiently by two very friendly and courteous fitters, Mike and Jimmy, and we are very pleased with the result. Highly recommended.

Delighted with our new windows. Needed them doing asap and Gary worked hard to squeeze us in. Couldn't fault fitters Jamie and Lee. They arrived first thing both days and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Extremely skilled and professional and left the place clean and tidy. Looking forward to phase 2 of the job!

Called up to request a quote on a single window as our usual supplier had a lead time of 4+ weeks. I advised that it was supply only on the phone and sent through an email. I got a call back from them and was quote 625 for a single window, wood grain effect which is a tilt and turn. The person who called was annoyed that I told him that the price was too much for a single window and that I failed to mention it was supply only, which I had mentioned.
I proceeded to tell him that I've received quoted for significantly cheaper under 300. Go elsewhere if this is the price they're charging. The Window Co on Chester Road are very competitive.

Ideal windows gave me a quote in the region I was expecting for a new door and 2 windows, they arrived when they said they would, installed the door and windows without any fuss or problems. When the door developed a problem, they came out promptly and fixed it. I would use this company again without any hesitation.

Absolutely delighted with the composite door and UPVC door that Ideal have fitted. First class service from start to finish even with the disruption of the virus lockdown problems. Gary and Victoria excel in there in their professionalism, they couldn't have been more helpful. The fitting of the both doors was top class with Mike paying such attention to detail that the finished product was absolutely perfect in every way. Would highly recommend.
