Custom Conservatories

It took a couple of attempts to arrange someone to come and visit our property after a no show on our first appointment. Advised Mike of what we wanted and listened to his advice, feeling quite optimistic when he left. To then being provided a CAD drawing which needed altering (no issue there) and no quotation. After numerous attempts to try and contact Mike in regards to the work and the design we've given up trying. Another local business we won't be using due to wasting our time!

Had a front door fitted supposedly with a 10 year guarantee, door developed a noticeable lump Mike came out said he would replace it never heard from him again tried ringing going into the shop on numerous times to no avail Happy enough to take your money but really any guarantee not worth the paper it is written on Do yourself a favour and find another company You can trust

I highly recommend Custom Conservatories. We've had new windows, door and glass roof replacements on a conservatory and couldn't be happier with the end result. Mike gave great advice about what we wanted and the drawings supplied with the quote really helped us visualise what it would look like. Mike and Ash were a pleasure to work with, punctual, friendly and considerate, leaving the work site clean and tidy every day. We've regained a lovely new living space, that looks and feels quality. Very professional, adaptable, listens to customers request and where possible fits these in while doing there own work. Mikes's whole team are very friendly and helpful with any advice. Would not hesitate in recommending them. I will be using them again in the future and, I'll try to remember that Mike doesn't like Marge or butter on his bacon butties.

Really good company to deal with, very nice people, both Mike and Ash. Conservatory looks great, is cooler now in the Summer inside, the windows are brilliant and let a lot of light in, a massive improvement from what it was, had loads of comments about how good it looks now too, a big thank you to you both.

Highly recommend Custom Conservatories & Windows. We wanted our old plastic roof conservatory updating to make it a more usable space. Mike gave great advice, really listened to what we wanted and also gave the most competitive quote by far. The work completed was to an incredibly high standard and the workmen who carried out the job were very tidy, professional and friendly. We've just had an extension/conservatory built on our house by Mike and his team and we're really happy with the result, Mike is really busy when it comes to drawings and quotes as he's always out fitting to make sure his jobs are top quality so expect a wait for drawings etc but once the job was started I really understood why. He's always on site, checking and organising everyone, his team are so friendly and mike really finishes his builds off well ensuring all the mess is clear and clean. We now have an amazing, well built space that we're really happy with. I'd definitely recommend and will use him again in the future

We can't thank Mike, Ash and Jack enough! They did what other big companies said couldn't be done. They have transformed our conservatory into a room that can now be used all year long. Very good people and my wife didn't feel uncomfortable with them. Thanks for an amazing job!

Excellent service from start to finish from Mike and the guys at Custom conservatory. Before calling Mike had a quote from Anglian which was so off putting we considered not getting a conservatory at all. However after popping into the showroom Mike came round to quote and really appreciated the no pressure service. Once work started each of the teams were excellent in turn and very impressed with the end product. Could not recommend enough going local and using Mike and the team if interested in Conservatory.

Just had a conservatory installed by custom conservatives, Syston, which from start to finish we received fantastic customer service. The builders, Michael and Tom, arrived early and were amazing tradesmen and carried on cheerfully in all weathers. Anthony the electrician arrived next and again his work could not be faulted. This was then followed by Mike, Ashley and David who completed all the main building work, which was faultless and completed nicely by Dale who finished off with smooth and flawless plastering.

The craftemanship and attention to detail was second to none and the final build has been praised by all. We would recommend this company without hesitation for their care and professionalism from the beginning to the end. Thank you very much, Mike and all your team. Sue and Roger Marriott
