I've had 3 flush sash windows in smooth grey rather than grained finish. They look truly superb, more like much more expensive aluminium rather than upvc. The company are very easy to deal with and helped with various queries I had. They were able to offer the sizes and configurations in the finish I wanted which no other supplier seemed able to do.
The lead time of about 6 weeks seems about normal for the industry and delivery was on schedule and the driver helpful. The windows come unglazed of course but its easy enough to do.

I would recommend House of Windows highly. It was very easy to order to which I made a mistake and had plenty of help from customer service to ensure I had all the correct sizes as this was the first time I had ordered Windows. They are true to size and have a lovely thick glass keeping our house warm.

Having ordered several windows from this company online I didn't know what to expect to be honest, however I have to say their customer service is one that many companies (and not just window companies) can learn from. The windows arrived before due date, the quality of the product, fine and after sales service from Lee, impeccable. We were looking to buy several windows and a bay window for a property refurbishment and were recommended House of Windows by our builder. We emailed our plans to House of Windows and received the quote back just a few hours later and went ahead based on the quick lead time and price. The windows arrived within a few weeks as promised and installed by our builder without any issues. Very happy with the quality and quick service. I was surprised with how easy it was to order exactly the size and style I wanted. The advice and help I received in placing the order and questions I had when installing myself were fist class. The staff were more than happy to help The products were delved on a date convenient for me and the product quantity was excellent. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Everything I asked for was what I required, came quickly without any issues. No problems with my drawings I sent and in return the costed drawings were accurate and just want I wanted. Changes were not a problem and turnaround was really quick. Highly recommended for an easy project through to completion.
