Knowing the type of door locks are fitted to our property is very important. It could be a matter for the insurance company if anything untoward happens that requires their input. I had a full house of new windows and a rear conservatory fitted at our new home in Kirby Muxloe, from the girl in the office who booked my appointment right through to the fitting i couldn't have recieved a more professional, friendly attentive service. Really happy with Secure A Home - we need a door a window fixing after we got broke in twice! So we deceided to get a new one and they gave us loads of options, all which were great quality and with latest security. We even got the door in Leicester City blue! Really worth the extra money, both feel safer and the house looks better - a real talking point for friends and family. Blue army!

The initial discussion with the company representative focused our minds on what we actually wanted from our conservatory and his suggestions which were put into effect gave us the perfect garden room. This gave us what we actually wanted rather than what other companies felt we should have, based on their range of available designs. The quality of the materials used was of very high quality. It was a pleasure to do business with the company. Many thanks to Chris and his team of very pleasant and obliging fitters.

Despite being registered with TPS, this firm cold called me this morning. Female caller was very over familiar, using my and my husband's first names. When I stopped her prattling with "Can I please ask you why you are calling me?", she hung up. I would never do business with a company as underhand as this and would recommend others to avoid!

We have just had 4 Windows and 2 doors fitted. I don't tend to leave reviews but we were asked for our opinion on the company. We wanted the door to look like wood so we chose a composite door. The salesman David spent time with us to help us choose and the installation took place over two days. Simon and Bradley were extremely tidy workers and made sure everywhere was tidy and clean when they left.
Overall the cost of the job was fair - not the cheapest- but we didn't want a cheap job so we chose what turned out to be a high quality product. Chris kept us informed during the process from start to finish. The experience was a positive one and I am happy to say that I would recommend this company.

I wanted to take the time to thank Evan & Clive who fitted my new windows. They worked very hard even though it rained heavily in parts of the day. The windows and new front door in our house look fantastic and we are really pleased with the final look. Everyone at Secure A Home was polite and genuinely seemed to care about our order. I'm not a customer, just a Leicester resident whom they telephone at least twice every year to try to con me into replacing my existing seven-year-old PVCu windows and doors. I've told them many times that my number is registered with the Telephone Protection Service but that hasn't stopped them. Therefore I hope this negative review will dissuade potential customers from considering them and, therefore, put them out of business. Their annoying and incompetent tele-marketing doesn't qualify them to continue to trade.
