Having had my front door and patio door replaced by Gallaghers in the past, I have now had the front of the house done and I'm very pleased with my new windows, the guys from Gallaghers from the showroom through to the fitters were very friendly & professional, fitters also tidied up afterwards, I will be back to have the back windows done next year when the weather is warmer

They have done extensive work on two properties for me and I have found their sales installation and follow up to be excellent. Even newer update - with winter over and the sun now shining on the windows we are now noticing even more defects in the glass. Many, many defects - not scratches but actual defects in the glass; stars and similar. Surely the installers should have noticed. Now considering throwing the doors away and using a different company. Expensive option! Update.

We noticed some scratches in the glazing a few weeks after installation and advised Gallaghers. The defects became apparent when the sun came out. They asked their glass suppliers, Morley Glass, to take a look which they did some weeks later. Morley told us the scratches were caused by the way Gallaghers laid the glass on top of glass. Morley Glass said they would discuss with Gallaghers. Gallaghers did not come back to us, so after 6 weeks I contacted them.

I was advised that as per the contract defects have to be reported within 48 hours! Won't use them again! Just had double glazing installed by Gallaghers. Absolutely delighted with the price, the quality and the installation, which took a bit less than expected. Fitters were excellent

Had all the big companies visit us but got fed up with the pushy hard sell. Visited Gallaghers and they were polite, helpful and arranged a visit for salesman. Thankfully no pushy sales approach just good advice and reasonably priced, we purchased a great new door and window. Installation was fast and completed to a high standard. Happy days
