Crown Conservatories Windows & Doors

Just had to feedback about the super service from Crown, although I didn't have the window and door fitted by Crown for my garage conversion, as it was done by the builder. Crown were brilliant from the first phone call. I was struggling to get my builder back to address the faulty latch mechanism on the door that was catching due to the adjustment screw being riveted. Crown arranged for a new one to be delivered.

I wasn't expecting them to also be fitting it as they hadn't done the job. Ben was really helpful, knowledgeable and professional in replacing the faulty part, and he even adjusted the door correctly so that it shuts nice and tight now. No draught anymore! A+ on customer service and aftercare guys well done.

Just had my windows and doors installed by Crown, I can honestly say it was a brilliant service from concept to finish, the office/showroom staff were very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, the fitter who definitely deserves a mention (Adam) was hugely experienced, polite and nothing was too much trouble, he made sure we was fully happy before he left site. We have recently had all our windows and doors supplied and fitted by crown. what a class job from the team! from the design at the begging to the first class fitting was utterly flawless. absolutely no fuss and no mess. the quality of the products are fantastic!

Recently had a couple of doors and some replacement glasswork done by Crown and found them very good. From the initial approach they came round to measure up etc and what I liked was the straightforward unfussy down to earth approach which was great with any questions answered with integrity. The order and installation was to time with the teams again getting straight on with the work with no messing about. Overall, good quality, good pricing and would recommend without question

They replaced and redesigned two aging adjacent conservatories with one large one. We've had excellent service from office to installation staff and have a superb finish conservatory. Thoroughly recommended.

From start to finish, the team were really helpful. They helped me find the window design I was looking for and went through all the pros and cons of each style when it was fitted onto my property type, which gave me the reassurance I wasn't being messed about. I need my doors replaced as well now so will definitely be contacting the team again!

Crown have just fitted our double glazing. Patio doors, a bi fold door, new front door and another unit. Fantastic product and service. Particular mention for the fitters Adam and Matt. They were very polite, professional and tidy. Both were a pleasure to have in our home. Highly recommend this company.

Great service. Went to look at their show room that a friend had recommended, and wow the new doors and windows looked really good. The before and after pictures looked great of my property. Polite and professional fitters had been fitting for 17 years so knew what to do. Would definitely recommend, very helpful staff in the showroom, great to see the doors and windows up close and to be able to open and close. We had an excellent experience. Installers were efficient, polite and extremely neat. There were a few supply chain hiccups along the way but communication was excellent throughout. I have already recommended to a couple of neighbours and friends.

We ordered new 19 windows (33 frames) and 2 doors for our house in mid 2016. I've waited 3 years to post this so I can include how things turned out. Overall, we are delighted. From the ordering and advice we received, through to measuring and onto the excellent fitters, Crown have been outstanding. The job was done so neatly that we didn't even have any paint work damage. Pricing was extremely competitive and beat national companies by a huge margin.

After the fitting, we needed one call out to adjust the back door following a very hot summer - this was done quickly and efficiently. Finally, 3 years after fitting, the windows and doors look good as new. An added bonus was that our heating bills have fallen by about 10% over the previous double glazing (fitted in 1996) and the level of sound insulation makes the house extremely quiet. We would thoroughly recommend this firm.
