I warn you don't use this company. Some of their fitters will ruin your installation. Ken Rhodes himself takes no responsibility. Our new windows were a complete mess and the doors still don't lock properly, as they are out of line. Two previous Instalations by two different companies were spot on. Ken Rhodes himself had the cheek to say my walls were out of line.

Funny how the other companies had no problem. Use them at your risk. He says in his reply he has no record of this installation. He probably has no memory that he spent two hours at my property and arguing in the street. He also has all the photos of the bad workmanship.

We had new windows, doors, conservatory and gutters/fascia/soffits done. All the work should have been completed by end of June but for various reasons got delayed and except for some snagging issues the works are only just complete 9 September! This has clearly been very stressful and we felt like we have only now just got our home back. Having said all of this I found Ken Rhodes (firm & owner) to be fair, reasonable and willing to see the job through.

If they got something wrong they would resolve it somehow. Overall I am happy with the work especially our new conservatory. We also had some new technology built into our windows which Ken Rhodes installed for the first time. Whilst this created some delays it is fairly unique. Special thanks to Dean, Gareth, Ross, Chris and Mick - pride themselves on quality.

I feel if Ken Rhodes can improve their logistics and general customer service they will continue to maintain their fine local reputation. The issues with labour and building materials supply has clearly challenged all firms in the construction and allied trades industry.

I was given a quote, paid the deposit and was told i would have to wait 8 weeks for the installation. I was eventually given an installation date, took the day off work, waited at home and they never turned up, i was told i would have to wait another 8 weeks. I cancelled the installation and requested my deposit back.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness absolutely appalling service, fitted wrong, chased for over a month now to resolve, noone ever comes back to you, quick to take the money. now filing trading standards complaint and small claims to get money back. Service: Door installation

This is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life. The sales guy gives you all the lips service, " we are professional yaady daa nonsensical salesman talk", but when it comes to delivering on their contracts and actually being professional and honest there you find the real dishonest unreliable incompetent Kenrohdes management They stalled us with every excuse made up under the sun. 4 times they fail to deliver on agreed dates, 4 times the laying unreliable management come up with excuses I cannot fault the installers, good job they are contractors to them not part of them.

They caused so much stress and upset to us and so far no kind of professionalism or owning up or meeting their contractual delivery agreement Still waiting for my windows certificate Ken! If you need windows done avoid those pethatic excuse of company

I want to give a big shout out and thank you to the brilliant Service Eng who called at my mums this morning to rectify a problem with a door that was fitted at the end of January. He was professional, knowledgable, kind and helpful. Just a shame the same can't be said about the original fitting and rude and unfriendly Customer Service I recieved on the phone. Would I use Ken Rhodes again? Probably not!

No messing around, came out and gave us a reasonable quote in 5 minutes. We had quotes from others who started at twice the price and "haggled" down to a similar price. I happily recommended to my nan knowing she wouldn't be taken advantage of. Installation was quick and a really good finish. Only thing I'd change is the specifications we ordered got copied from one piece of paper to another when they measured up which makes it easy for mistakes. Had to give a ring to make sure it was all correct. A digital confirmation would be ideal.

Ken Rhodes are an excellent company. Very organised and efficient. They did all my guttering and soffits, a window I needed replacing with acoustic glass and a retro fitted solid roof on my conservatory, which I can now use all year round. Goodbye ugly, noisy polycarbonate roof and hello beautiful glass panels with down lighters. Really happy with what they've done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Ken Rhodes

Inspected damaged windows previously installed, sent a quote, then increased price over 50% with no explanation, when queried staff were abusive and insulting and stated contradictory things, when complained to director he said he said no mistakes has been made and stated he did not want my custom and to go elsewhere. Ken Rhodes gave his word he would sought the issues and now I know what his word stands for: nothing. Do not use these people: they are the worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with, by a wide margin.

Am very pleased with my new windows, which have made a lot of difference to the cold house I have just moved into. The installation team were professional, friendly without being familiar, and left everything clean and tidy.

Really helpful full service - from choosing the right windows with the right openings - to ensuring we got the best product. Follow up service was great, no request too small or too much bother. Survey carried out on the date scheduled, fitting on the day scheduled - nothing could have been better. Changes we made were met with fast and efficient service and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent product. The fitters were brilliant, very good at their job, polite and very tidy. Good value for money. Would recommend.
