We are so pleased that we chose this company to replace all of our windows and build a new conservatory. Right from the word go we have felt that nothing is too much trouble and the company has a traditional feel about it where the customer is put first. The design process was really good and we were really impressed that whilst he was drawing up the plans, Tony noticed that our initial design may not look balanced so made the effort to come and explain a possible alteration to balance it up more.

We are really pleased he did because it now looks fabulous. Our fitters, the amazing father and son team of Si & Ade have totally excelled in their job. From the moment they started work we felt a complete sense of trust in the quality and efficiency of their work. They have been absolutely outstanding, I really cannot fault anything they have done and I really got a sense that they were finishing things off as if it was in their own home.

I know they were keen to have the front windows in first so when I came home it would be immediate impact which I thought was a lovely touch. We had some slight damage (not by Si or Ade, another fitter that came to help) to a drawer in our kitchen, however Mike came out to see it and immediately took responsibility for it. He then went to Wickes to order a new one to have it replaced without any fuss. Similarly, Si noticed a problem with a glass unit having finger marks inside (obviously made during manufacture) and they have ordered a new one and will be replacing it, again with no quibble. I have felt totally confident with every step of this process and I have no hesitation in recommending South Coast Home Improvements.

The work was carried out very professionally by all the fitters, builders, and plasterers. The doors are beautiful and they left the site very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend it.

Epic, and quality work from Tony and Mikes team at South Coast. Lovely chaps, polite and punctual - most importantly, the communication through build was constant and when they said something would happen, it did and spot on budget. James, Tom and Connor did lots of digging and set the foundations for the conservatory and moved our back door to the end of the garage. Si and Aide put in the shell and glass, Dan and James set the flooring - twice after we made a design change! Josh sorted the electrics then Andy finished everything off, all while coordinating with a tricky Kitchen build. Top marks all round. Kinda miss them already! :

Can't stick to appointments booked. No one called or contact to let us know anything. Just wasted my time. Why spend money on a company who can't be bothered.

They were good priced and quick installation and no problems so far with the door, 7 pvc window sills and 10 windows fitted. Lots of options to choose from and the installers are very professional neat and amazing workmanship and the product is ready within weeks to get installed.

Incredibly impressed by the standard of work carried out replacing all windows at our property. The fitters were exceptional, polite and communicative at each stage. I'm shocked how people have had bad experience with this company as this is our second experience in our second home using them and we would never go with anyone else!

Surveyors inspecting our property today were extremely impressed with the windows fitted by your company. They said a perfect fit, no filler added in order to make the window fit and extremely good quality glass with a good space between the glass panels. So impressed they wanted the name of your company.

Had to give 1 star to leave a review otherwise I wouldn't have even done that! Requested a door quote on 03/12 via website. Nothing received. Booked in a site visit for 09:30 on 09/12 - no show. Phoned customer services who got the guy to call me and re-schedule to 09:30 today. Guess what.no show again! If they can't be bothered to turn up for an initial site visit can't imagine what it would be like trying to get them to start and finish a job!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to South Coast Home Improvements for doing an excellent job on our new games room and garden. I particularly want to thank Tony and his building team that worked tirelessly through all weathers, nothing was every a problem. Our conservatory (games room) was finished to the highest standard and looks fabulous! I can't recommend them enough.
