The initial ordering of the door was good but it did take longer than quoted to arrive and I had to keep chasing. Once fitted the door did not close properly, once it was looked at again the manufacturer was called. It took 4 months from this visit until our door was actually finished.

Very poor customer service. I had an engineer come to see the faulty fitting of my bi-fold doors in June and the problem with my double glazing which are still under guarantee. Since then despite leaving countless messages, being reassured that someone would contact me to update me I have not had one phonecall or update. We are now nearly in November! If I could leave zero stars I would
