Services
Our Bay and Bow Windows are expertly crafted with advanced technology and designs, so our Bay and Bow windows make an attractive feature of any property. Bay and Bow windows make a big difference to the feel of a room by making any room feel bigger. Constructed by using reinforced window frames, with the frames being connected with structural bay pole assembly kits or reinforced corner posts for square bay / bow windows. The external window cill which the frames sit on are welded together to create one solid cill under all the frames.
Suitable for both new build and replacement, casement windows can be tailor made to nearly any width, height and style of your choice. Once you have decided on the style of your casement window, you can then choose from over 10 foiled woodgrain finishes & with endless glass, hardware & security options, you will be truely spoilt for choice.
Flush 70 - Alternative to timber windows - Traditional design incorporating modern technology and indistinguishable from the real thing. Our Flush 70 windows from the 'Alternative to Timber' range are expertly designed to look just like traditional timber windows but have none of the laborious upkeep associated with a traditional wooden window.
Our French Windows are excitingly different with both windows fully opening. French casements are a highly functional solution to building control requirements for minimum fire escape widths or even for access with furniture. Alternatively, you might simply prefer the capability of operating both sashes leaving a totally uninterrupted open view. French Windows provide peace of mind that can come with the unrestricted means of escape route should there ever be the need in an emergency.

We needed to replace the front door on our house. Having done some research we visited Homecare Exteriors and I was delighted with the service and information I received from David Tingley. When he came to do the survey for the door we asked about a blown window in our conservatory. We then realised that he had fitted the conservatory some years ago for the previous owner and was able to replace the glass under warranty. We have received excellent service and help from David and his team.

We have used Homecare Exteriors a couple of times. Always find the workmen very clean, tidy & polite. Always tell them to help themselves to hot drinks but they they don't! If there are any issues, which we have had a couple, they are straight down & sort it out. Always recommend them

10 years comprehensive warranty Don't be fooled by this. Settlement cracks NO Bifold doors NO At this owners discretion what's covered. Save yourselves lots of stress and worry. Much better to go elsewhere. Still have bifolds door you can drive a hurricane through IE wind door has too much gap. No contact with little penny pincher Tingley DO NOT USE. AB

Ordered a new front door and top light which were fitted efficiently by two guys who really seemed to know what they were doing. Their task wasn't straightforward because we have an old house where the door opening isn't 'square' and they had to incorporate parts of an intruder alarm system. But they just got on with it, made an excellent job and we are delighted with the results.

We have recently had a conservatory built, which we are so pleased with. Nothing was too much trouble, we changed our mind several times, and were always required, and new plans produced. The workman were great, very professional, and accommodating. We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Margaret & Tony Willingdon

Excellent professional service at a very reasonable price. The fitters were courteous, skilled and didn't leave a mess. We hardly knew they were there. Very satisfied with the result. Will definitely use again.

We had hc built an extension 2 years ago for us Nothing but issues with the owner. Ruined our lawn promised to reinstate but never did. Now his latest trick is not to honour his 10 year comprehensive warranty over settlement cracks and bifold door issues. Even offered us a painter at our expense. What a joke No customer service skills whatsoever. Due to his actions he has left us no option but to seek redress through court. We found some good trades working here but sadly not this company. Be very careful get everything itemised on paper because everything is a added expense.

We knew we had to update the conservatory when we bought our new house in Eastbourne Harbour, but were very surprised when Homecare suggested we just changed the roof to a newer, solid and insulated one. Their guys worked very hard in quite hot weather and we would recommend Homecare to anyone. Great job. Thank you.

So pleased with the work done. We had a new front door fitted and were so impressed that we then had all our windows done. Very good customer service, would definitely use again.

We had a replacement conservatory. There have been many problems along the way, they have all been resolved now but it was hard work to get it all completed. Although now we don't have any leaks in the conservatory the finishing was not great and parts of interior and exterior trim are coming away from the walls now. We also still have dripping gutters. I was at least very happy with the sofits and fascias that were replaced.

Avoid. Dreadful from installation date to supposed finish. Akin to Keystone cops but without any apologies or compensation or replies to concerns. When they returned to finish work they had either the wrong parts and/or lack of equipment. Everything required chasing, over a 5 month period for a 2 day job. Water leaked inside the house through new metal sealed frames and the repair was just to grind the new windows rather than sort it out properly.

The quality of the windows and doors, the construction and finish has been less than satisfactory and the manufacturer (frames) and the supplier (Homecare) seemed to blame each other. A textbook case of how 1; not to do the job, 2; treat the customer as an idiot/nuisance and 3; walk away. The worst 10,000 I have ever spent. The post here requires one star to list but really it doesn't merit.
