Very poor after sales service from a firm that claim to get 80% sales from recommendations. These people knowingly installed a faulty patio door, I had problems with it from month 1 and thus far they have not done anything to replace this (which I have rights for) or deal with the problem efficiently. I am considering my options but they have decided to not return my phone calls and have proved extremely unreliable. The ownership of the business has changed already which shows it is being run badly. Do not go near them!
