Ordered in Aug 2020, Installation started in April 2021 and we are still trying to resolve problems - 1 year on. Had 11 windows plus 2 doors fitted of which 5 had major faults to the frames and 1 window misted up. All had to be replaced and this took 5 months to resolve. We were unable to talk to management to try and speed up process. Then Jan 2022 - 2 more windows started misting up and they have just been replaced (10 weeks) and 1 of these is faulty and we need another replaced. Avoid using SEHBAC at all costs - their quality and service is a disgrace.

This morning the driver of an SEH van with the registration number ending in ZFW was very aggressive and gestured profanities towards me because he didnt want to let me pull into the inside lane of the A12. I don't feel that a man with this aggressive nature should be in peoples homes fitting windows and conservatory's. I will certainly never deal with SEH as a result and I will be sharing my opinion whenever the opportunity arises.

Visited showroom to get details on having a conservatory. Had to find a sales person to help as nobody appeared for 15 minutes. The rep asked which one I liked and quoted a figure nearly twice what I had in mind. I said I could probably have a whole extension for that. He then asked how much I expected to pay, when I told him about 10,000, he just pointed to a different one and said "you can have that one for 15,000".
He didn't bother to ask me what I wanted to use it for, or to go through any other options. Was completely uninterested in the whole thing. I shall take my business elsewhere. I'm not paying for their commission and overheads.
