Recently had a new front door installed and found Classic Windows to be very helpful with great communication, happy to answer all my queries and more competitively priced than the other local installers. Very disappointed with the service. Once deposit was paid they had no interest in keeping us upto date with information. We had to chase them for time date ect. Gave a completely unrealistic time frame to install a roof. Would not recommend.

Disappointing service! Won't or cannot supply me with a simple quote and never return calls. Came to give a quote but never got back to me after the visit, so now I'm left seeking a more reliable company. I cannot recommend this company. Very poor service.
