Outstanding quality materials upvc, composite doors, windows, buildings, facia, soffit, trimmings and fasteners, adhesives and alot more. Friendly and helpful staff would highly recommend and will continue using listers to complete my jobs

The staff are friendly and helpful. However it does seem to take a long time to deal with customers. I think this in part is due to the computer system they use. They seem to spend a lot of time inputting information. They do carry a good range of stock for Windows doors etc and UPVC guttering

I recently purchased Listers Reynaers aluminium lift and slide patio doors and windows for the entire house, and they look absolutely stunning! We went for dual colour, so we had white on the inside of the frames and black on the outside of the frames. The black perfectly goes with the white render on the outside of our home, and the white on the inside of the windows allows us to choose whatever colours we'd like for the bedrooms.

The frames are super slim, which looks really modern. The patio doors are light yet durable, and very smooth to operate. The large glass panes let in tonnes of light, which is exactly what we were looking for. The service we received from Listers was second to none, we were kept updated throughout the whole process on delivery times so we could arrange the fitters around this.

Customer service were extremely friendly whenever we had any questions, nothing was too much them, and Wes in particular was brilliant. Couldn't recommend Listers enough, we've had a great experience.

Horrible company with horrible people at the top. Don't go near. Dishonest, back stabbing and spiteful. It's such a shame too as they used to be one of the best and always had time for their customers and looked after their staff.

Building a new house adjacent to the village conservation area and next door to a listed building, meant that we had to satisfy the local planning team with windows and doors in keeping. Lister's Residence 9 windows and doors have accomplished this perfectly. We have achieved the look we required of wooden casement windows with no maintenance. All Lister's personnel were very helpful throughout. I fully recommend this company for both quality of products and service.

Friendly people making excellent products. Great showroom of windows doors and conservatories. They only Sell to the Trade but You can get their frames from any "Elitis" Installer in Stoke on Trent and beyond.

Absolutely disgusted with aftercare. Product is very disappointing. Customer service is awful, promise a call back and do not ring. Figures on the invoice never added up. Staff give fake names and are not accountable for their terrible actions. Do not use this company. AWFUL!

No job is too small or two large. All of the workforce are well skilled and polite. Many different makes are catered for.

I've been buying windows and doors from Lister's for over 7 years now and each house I've lived in/worked on (or will live in) has had (will have) products from them. Excellent quality, very competitive and the best customer service! Recently tried the trade counter for various things (roof, timber etc) and once again received great service from Jack who went out of his way to help (previously had Mark who was also brilliant).

Even sorted items they don't usually sell and unbelievably they were the best price (even against timber yards)! I can't recommend this company enough! Keep up the great work Lister's!
