The family-run business was started in 1977 and still runs today as a family business. The business and been built on recommendations and have a customer base of over fourteen thousand. Next year sees the family-run business celebrate 42 years in business servicing both Staffordshire and Shropshire. We have 2 show sites the main one here in Stafford where we operate 8 teams of installers who are all trained to our high standards, and the other show site at Mere Park, Newport Shropshire.The many products we have on display at our show sites are Orangeries, conservatories, Supalite roof conservatories, windows, composite doors, uPVC doors bi-fold doors, bay windows.

Our upvc windows are internally glazed with a 3-point shootbolt locking mechanism, 70mm. All our window frames are made from specially formulated PVCu that resists attack from all sources - from weather, from destructive insects and from burglars. Myself and my family have used this company over the years and it has been good. The last 2 times have been the worst experience I have every had with any company in my whole lifetime to date. Ok you will ask why did you go back after the first time it was bad? Well we all have bad days and we believe in giving everyone a second chance. Never again.
Promise after promise - don't make promises you can not keep. Communication - There is none and you will only get an update when you contact them and that's a false promise to. Workmanship & product quality - They must be buying cheap and paying peanut to install. But sell their service and product at a premium rate. My advice DO NOT buy from this company unless you want to wait a year and for your home to look worse after they have said the job is finished.

Unfortunately we are extremely unimpressed by the quality and service from the company. We had new windows fitted over 17 months ago and are still having problems. The customer service has been absolutely awful and we are now in the process of seeking legal advice to conclude this matter. Apparently, we were told today that windows are not water tight? Also, we have lines in our glass but apparently if you only see in direct sunlight that is considered to be acceptable. I can honestly say I have never been so disappointed with a product and the customer service we have received.

Had issues with lock barrels in units fitted by previous incarnation of company. Tim (engineer) came out and was extremely helpful. Removed and examined barrels and explained failure points. Replaced both. Was a charge job due to age (fitted over 10 years ago) but costs competitive and response time from initial query to job done was excellent. Company works hard to rebuild rep following prior liquidation. Probably back to where there were when first job was done (c2003). Would recommend based on this experience.

Had them to do 2 jobs. Big mistake! They managed to fit a scratched window without noticing it was damaged. Took several weeks and many phone calls to get it sorted. Also replaced a door lock, but managed to break another one in the process. No response to written complaint. Had originally planned to get them to replace patio windows and do all the fascia etc. Definitely won't be asking them.

Had 2 windows supply only from this company for a shed that we are converting into a snug. They were made quickly, Diana and Tim were really helpful and the windows look great. Most competitive price I found and I got a few prices from all across West Mids. Managed to chip the paint off a few of the trickle vent covers whilst fitting and Tim was really quick to sort me a few replacements. Would highly recommend!

Having read the two bad reviews on here i was a bit unsure about getting a quote but was reassured by my father that he had his whole house reglazed and they did a great job. We went ahead and had our conservatory converted. We had a roof put on and new windows/frames. We can now use our conservatory as a dining room rather than a store room because the temperature is perfect (before was too hot or cold). All the workman were polite, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I didn't have to chase anyone as communication was fab. Overall very happy with our end product!

New porch fitted, excellent standard of workmanship, everything kept clean and tidy while work being done and staff really helpful throughout. Only downside was we had to wait quite a while as they're so busy, but it was well worth the wait. We really love our new porch and wont hesitate to use this company in the future.
