We have installed 1000's of conservatories and garden buildings during this time and operate one of the largest showcentres in the South East. We have 6 conservatory style buildings on display, each with a different finish, designed to maximise and showcase as many of the options available.With up to 75 display buildings on display at any one time we really do have something for everyone. From sheds and garden storage to summerhouses and garden rooms, we're proud to work with 8 different suppliers and all our products are made in the UK.

After 9 years of enjoying our excellent Cousins built conservatory we had to call for help with a roof panel. Dave was with us within two hours and fixed the problem at no charge. We have always experienced excellent service from the team, but this really was most impressive. Thoroughly recommend Cousins for build, maintenance and after care.

After looking for an ex display office for several months, I finally found one at Cousins Conservatories. From start to finish, the customer service was second to none, and they even allowed me to put a deposit down until my house move went through. They arranged for the base to be laid, and the company they used were first class professionals who even turned up the day of Storm Eunice.
The office was finished yesterday, and again it was fitted by an extremely competent company who provided a first class service and nothing was too much trouble. They also gave good advice on the upkeep of the office. I would have no hesitation in using Cousins Conservatories again.

We purchased an 8ft x 8ft shed from Cousins which was installed last week. From the initial consultation with Sean and Jenny through to the multiple questions we sent Sean via email, everything was answered quickly and clearly and they couldn't have been more helpful. During installation, the installers were incredibly polite, hard working and helpful.
Not only did they gave us various options on the day with regards to the door, window and bench placement, they also did some extra work to ensure that the shed had access all around it for future maintenance. They did an amazing job and tidied everything up when they'd finished. We couldn't be happier with quality of the shed, the Cousins Sales team and installers - we'd recommend them to anyone!

I have to say that the service we have had from all at Cousins has been exemplary, to start with the sale, and right the way through to the follow up after we received our Greenhouse. Excellent service from Cousins from start to finish. They ensured at the start that the ground was suitable and were honest about expected delivery. Sean was great at keeping in touch and Jack who installed our summerhouse was a credit to the company. Polite and efficient, even in the awful weather. Really pleased with the finished result

Really impressed with the build of my summerhouse today. They were extremely helpful in the lead-up and on the day too. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole process from order to Installation was flawless and smooth. I'm just annoyed I wasted so much time with other companies. I will definitely be using them again and recommended them to anyone considering an outside building.

A new conservatory has been a long awaited project for us, and after much consideration we decided on Cousins as our installer. We have not been disappointed as this firm have proved to be first class in every way. There was a delay in August, but beyond Cousin's control, and we were kept informed every step of the way. Everyone involved - builder Chris, fitter Ian, electrician Dave, and plasterer Tom - have been excellent in their work, and very pleasant to have around. Jackie and team have guided us throughout, and we would recommend them whole heartedly.

We have bought 2 large glass window garden sheds from Cousins Conservatories and Garden Buildings in the past 2 years. The customer service at Cousins was excellent, prices were reasonable, the sub-contractors who put concrete bases in did a great job, and delivery and installation ran smoothly. I would recommend Cousins if you are looking for a shed and would use them again if needed (although 2 garden sheds is probably enough for us!).

I bought a 10' x 9' pent shed through Cousins. There were delays on the install due to circumstances out of everyone's control. However, Cousins kept me updated throughout. The guys who laid the base were amazing - quiet, fast and tidy. They cleared up after themselves and were so polite! Delivery guys were fast and tidy (swept up after themselves). Installers were a day late - again circumstances out of their control.
But they arrived VERY early the following day, were super quiet and did an outstanding job. Again fully cleared the site when they were done. Throughout the whole process Cousins - Jenny and Sean in particular - were regularly in touch and were fast to respond to any issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cousins Conservatories and if I could award more stars I would!

Took the plunge this summer to buy a summer house instead of going on holiday. Sean and Jenny from Cousins we're both really helpful as we choose the building and it's various options. The builders who laid the base and the electrician were recommended by them and were great. We are very pleased with the finished result.
