Based in Merstham, Surrey we provide a wide range of products and services for both domestic and commercial customers. We welcome all enquiries, be it a small piece of greenhouse glass, a replacement front door or a total window refurbishment in a block of flats. As well as new windows, doors and conservatories we offer a glazing and repair service.Everyone at Merstham Glass will do their utmost to ensure using us is always an enjoyable and stress free experience. The majority of new work we undertake is directly a result of a customer recommendation or referral.

Value for money and a service second to none has rewarded the company with respect and longevity, currently in our 48th year serving the local community in Merstham and the surrounding areas. Merstham Glass was established by Ron Jacks in 1972 and has grown year on year since. A very typical "One man band" story is now a team of 20+ staff, a fleet of vehicles and a reputation that we are always striving to maintain.

Rob and Les were great installing our new windows. Lead time was one of the shortest we were quoted and was only around 1 month between ordering and fitting. Both Rob and Les were super friendly and professional; just going away with getting the job done (despite the dog trying to steal their tools). They left everything nice and tidy once done and were a pleasure to have. We'd happily recommend Merstham Glass and wouldn't hesitate to be a repeat customer if needed.

Really delighted we used Merstham Glass. We wanted a new back door following some kitchen renovations and were really pleased with our experience of MG. We found them to be an honest and supportive local business. All five members of the team I met throughout the process were friendly and professional. The quality of the door has exceeded my expectations, and it was delivered ahead of schedule. Friends have used Merstham Glass previously and I've never heard a bad word said about them. I've had a fantastic experience with Merstham Glass from start to finish. The shade of grey I had initially wanted on my patio doors was on a 16 week lead time so Denis popped round with colour swatches for other similar shades on a quicker lead time. He suggested removing a wooden plinth in my kitchen so the doors would be on the same level as the kitchen floor and he re-drew our quote with no price increase. Rob and Les arrived punctually and were courteous and professional.
The installation was one days work and they gave me a fantastic tutorial of how best to care for the doors. Very good value for money and excellent customer service - I highly recommend Merstham Glass.

Merstham Glass completed some toe and heel adjustments to my bifold doors and unfortunately did a very poor and rushed job which resulted in the original issues not being resolved and I was not very happy at all with the quality of the work. Tried to communicate afterwards but they didn't respond. I was shocked to receive a threatening non payment letter for the remaining amount without them having the decency to reply to my calls and emails.
They did eventually offer to return and look at the issues in return for full payment but why not just do the job to an acceptable standard the 1st time without trying to take advantage of people? It was also in hindsight far too much money for what it was and the overall effort required.

Had our first meeting back in August and was promised a quote. It's October now and not heard back after several chases. They will promise to call back but never will. Appreciate a business can be busy but completely ignoring us after visiting our house and measuring up is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this business as they clearly don't take clients seriously, so avoid at all cost.

As a local chartered surveyor I have used Merstham Glass over 20 years to install windows on various projects and my own home. I have just had a window replaced and was impressed by the workmanship and attention to detailing. I was given clear instructions on how to use the window. I highly recommend this company. I have used these glaziers quite a few times. They are pretty much the same price as most of the others in the area, not the cheapest but the have been there a long time and I trust them to do the work properly. They always seem to be quick to come and quote, but seems to take a while to get the installation date (could just be me having odd shaped windows?). What impressed me most was the attitude of the salesman, there was NO hard sell, pretty unusual in this buisness!
