Having had a new front door fitted by Falcon Windows a couple of years ago I had to contact them recently because the lock kept sticking when we tried to open it. The company response was to come out promptly assess that a new barrel needed to be fitted. Having ordered the spare part it was fitted very quickly and now the lock functions perfectly. Thank you Falcon Windows.

We had windows replaced for 3 flats several years ago and the service was excellent from start to finish. Very professional and friendly company. A few days ago I called Falcon windows because a trim had slightly moved on 2 windows. Falcon windows came out within days of the call and fixed the minor problem immediately. They phoned me as soon as job had been done and explained what had happened. Excellent service, I would recommend this company to others.

Had our old white uupvc windows and porch changed to anthracite colour with new configurations and vents. Falcon, having been recommended by neighbours, were superb. Amy in the office was welcoming, John listened and advised, and Marty and Mark installed quickly, leaving the place tidy. There were a couple of minor problems, as always in a big job, but they were fixed very quickly and cheerfully. 100% satisfaction

I did not employ Falcon windows! But I bought a house where the windows were fitted by them, I have all the paperwork. Terrible whistling and draughts. Employed another company to remove trim, reseal and put new trim on. They removed trim and as you can see top of window had not been sealed. The trim was just put on to cover the gap. It turns out that this was the case with every window!
What terrible workmanship. In response to the reply from company, I have the paperwork from yourselves but guarantee has run out! I expect with age silicon to maybe have shrinkage, which I had renewed anyway but every single window had nothing in the top joint at all. Maybe the same fitters don't work for you still, I used a local firm to renew them.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new porch from Falcon windows! They were brilliant from start to finish. From the initial contact with Amy who immediately made me feel comfortable to John the installations manager who is brilliant and answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. Marty & Mark turned up nice and early on the installation day and fitted my porch, cleaning up as the went along. I'm really happy I chose Falcon windows and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We required our existing conservatory replacing and modernising on the existing walls. Despite the fact that the shape was found to be irregular Falcon were able to construct the replacement to fit. Now that it is made using modern materials and glass it no longer suffers from extremes of temperature and can be used throughout the year. The workmanship and finishing are high quality. I would certainly recommend Falcon to anyone.

I can thoroughly recommend Falcon Windows. They completely refurbished our conservatory including a solid roof. The result has been amazing and the conservatory now feels like a proper part of the house but still resembles a garden room and definitely helps to retain the heat in winter. The team were very professional throughout, clearing up after them and always friendly and polite. Very pleased that we chose Falcon Windows.

I was so impressed with the professional, thorough, accommodating and friendly service throughout that instilled complete confidence. I was amazed not to have to do any redecoration, touching up or even clear-up after my windows were replaced. After just 2 weeks, I'm not in a position to judge the quality of the units but I am optimistic. The cost was competitive and I would definitely recommend. Thanks to all at Falcon Windows.

Very professional from start to finish. You were the most expensive of three quotes but based on our experience, worth every penny and finished in the promised timeframe. It was good to be able to feel trust for such an important project. Regular communication and questions promptly answered by your installations manager helped enormously and the finished conservatory warm roof looks fantastic.
Your roof installers were amazingly hard working as well as completely reliable, friendly and respectful. A little bit of a blip with the electricians who although doing a great job, could have provided better communication regarding their site visits. The plasterer was very professional and meticulous in getting the best finish. So overall, a big thank you to all your staff.

Very pleased with the replacement of both windows and door. Made good after the work and left without any mess. The guys also made some sound suggestions and recommendations of what would work and be pleasing to the eye. I would use Falcon again when we replace our lean-to with a warm conservatory when the time comes.

I chose Falcon Windows as I prefer to deal with local family run businesses who I believe offer you an honest, competitive and personal service and I was not disappointed. I instructed Falcon to install three doors and a number of windows and I was very satisfied with the prompt service and workmanship. I also feel that after sales service is very important and have found it necessary to call on Falcon to make slight adjustments to some doors. They responded swiftly and rectified the work to my satisfaction. I am extremely pleased with the products and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
