FIS Windows Ltd

Ordered a conservatory, which was promptly installed to a good standard. However, a couple of months on from their last visit, I'm still waiting on a single small windowsill board. Quick to push for payment, extremely slow with the finishing touches, customer service needs some real improvement.

I ordered a front door from this company and I was really happy with the salesman and the installers. Unfortunately the door was damaged so it needed replacing. Again I was really happy with the service and no trouble getting the door replaced. I'm not happy however with the installers of the new door. They left blue sticky pads around the decoration on the door with their explanation that I could try to get it off myself!

Also when they left one of the hinges fell off as soon as I closed the door! I called them back but it wasn't until my husband came home and spoke to them that they cleaned up the door and got rid of the blue sticky pads! Also I'm waiting for the knocker to be fitted 2 weeks later. A call to the showroom has told me that the knocker was there straight away so why am I waiting 2 weeks for it to be fitted? Again the salesman has been helpful but I feel the after service this second time hasn't been good.

Absolutely first class service. I cannot recommend FIS enough. I had a large window replaced for 2 smaller ones, a window cut out, replaced with bifold doors and also 2 bathroom windows replaced. All work was carried out by the fitters (Stacy and Ben). As a tradesman, I have to say their workmanship and attention to detail is on point. Friendly service, advice and no pushy sales techniques.

I look forward to the replacement of the front and back doors next month. Once again I'd like to thank Pasquale and the whole team at FIS for a first class service. **UPDATE** Follow on from my last review. my front and back door which included a window was replaced last week. Following my previous experience with FIS I expected nothing less than an exceptional service and this was certainly delivered by Pas and the team. Aaron done a very professional job with attention to detail. Really pleased with the result. Once again another faultless job carried out by FIS. Massive thank you to Pas and the team!

Only brought a back door but the service, price and advise was spot on. Had to ask them back to adjust the door after a few months but no query or hassle just came round and sorted it. Thoroughly recommended.

We've just had a couple of windows out in and a back door. The whole process with FIS has been brilliant, right through from getting a quote to having them fitted. We got three quotes in total, and FIS were very competitively priced. The guys that came round to fit them spent a lot of time making sure that everything was done immaculately, and we couldn't be happier with the end result! They were extremely tidy too! We won't hesitate to use them again.

We had eight windows and a kitchen door replaced with double glazed windows by FIS back in 2017. They did an excellent job working all day, taking only one break for lunch and keeping everything tidy. Last month (October 2020) we discovered that some of the black filling inside the kitchen door was being gradually damaged by the sun. They came out without a fuss and replaced it, honouring the 10 year warranty. I can't recommend them enough.

Brilliant service. A prompt quote and good service when fitting. Reasonably priced and everyone within the company was very helpful. Would recommend. Updated 4 months later. We had a minor issue with our door on a Saturday evening. Text the company and had an immediate response. Issue was sorted the next day. I cannot fault FIS windows. The whole team are brilliant and make you feel valued as a customer.

Extremely happy with the windows, bay, patio window and three new doors supplied and fitted by FIS Windows. Our house has been transformed both inside and out! Super quality, first class service and excellent fitters all went into making this work as seamless as possible. From the initial visit from Pas, the surveyors visit to communication with. the office, we were kept informed and advised about all aspects of the work.

Special mention for the filters Tim and Andy, they worked tirelessly, even through torrential rain one day, to deliver an excellent job. Exceptional! I have just had 18 windows, french doors, a front and a back door fitted. The fitters were first class, always on time, polite, tidy and complete perfectionists. The product is excellent and there was no hard sell. My house has been transformed. I couldn't be happier and would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

We've just had 7 replacement windows fitted by FIS Windows. The service has been excellent. We were given a quote but there was absolutely no pressure selling involved. To be honest, I was not familiar with FIS Windows so called into their showroom to take a look. I liked what I saw and placed the order. We were kept informed as to when the fitters would be coming, they arrived on time and did a great job. A very professional company I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
