I have to say I'm not sure how I feel. The sales person was fine and there's no pressure to buy. The fitting people were tidy and the job was "completed" on time. My issue is that one of the windows has a large crack in it which happened during installation. The glass has apparently been ordered and I'm sure there are delays due to covid. There's no feedback over when the glass will be available.
The crack has spread and it if goes much further a small piece of glass could fall out. We felt pressured to pay the full amount as the contract said payment upon completion. I would rather have done a partial payment and kept a small amount back until the glass was repaired

We are thrilled with our new windows and doors. Our house is warmer, quieter and there are no drafts now. The whole process from quotation to installation was professional, efficient and our comfort and safety was paramount throughout, which during the Covid19 pandemic is very important. The installation team of Troy, Tyler and Olly were a delight to have in our home.

I think you can always tell the quality of a company by its after sales service. Having spent around 13k with Stratton Glass, I am disappointed that the response from the owner and his manager was cool to pretty indifferent when my 3 year old bifold doors developed a crack in the internal glass on one of the doors. Nothing hit the glass, I haven't smashed it with anything - the crack developed by itself, overnight - probably due to tension in the fitting.
All I was asking was that someone come and look at the problem - that was over 2 weeks ago. The response, 'we are busy' and 'we don't guarantee the glass'- does not help me. Buyer Beware!

Thank you so much Stratton Glass and Windows for our amazing windows and doors. We are so delighted with them and they have made such a difference already to the warmth of our home. having the new windows installed have made a dramatic reduction to our heating bills too which we are delighted with. The quality of the product is outstanding and has has made our home look so much better.
The workers who arrived to fit the windows and doors where polite and helpful as well as hard working in getting the job done in the allocated time and not leaving any mess. The customer service care in my experience was fantastic and the staff could not of been more professional or helpful than they were. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stratton Glass and Windows to any of my friends and family and would defiantly use them again

Stratton Glass have just installed eight new glass panels in our conservatory roof. A state of the art product at a very competitive price. First class service all round. The project manager in charge of our work was responsive and highly competent. Glaziers doing the job were very experienced and carried out the work speedily and skilfully. Will use them again: highly recommended on all fronts.

We were recommended Stratton by a friend. They installed windows and doors to our property in Norfolk. We are over the moon with the finished outcome. The fitters are professional, clean and today and work hard. The sales rep was knowledgeable and not pushy. The office staff couldn't do enough to help. We were going on holiday and they organised for the installation to be carried out before we went so the house was nice and secure. A special thank you goes to Ian (office manager) and the fitter Johnno. Thumbs up from us!
