I have a roof installed by a company who purchased the roof from CBE, however the company who installed the roof and the roof leaks. The company who i bought it through have gone into liquidation. So i contact CBE for help and all the way through they have been very unhelpful, not bothered to care. It seems they have no customer service skills and dont really care once they have there money.
The leak is coming from what looks to be from the roof not been designed correctly as it doesnt line up and so there is a whole where it should cover the glass however CBE are not bothered and have just said the issue is not there problem even though they have measured and manufactured the roof. I would be careful using them as they seem to be a company that once they have the money they dont care after.
As they wouldn't action anything I have paid for someone to look and the issue was because CBE have supplied a wrong size piece of glass so it's to small. Let them know and the response I got was nothing to do with us as you don't have warranty even though the product is less than 12 months old. Sums CBE roofs up
