I had West Yorkshire Windows fit all new windows in my house and from start to finish it all went smoothly. I had 2 fitters came and fitted all 9 windows in one day. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them

Excellent from start to finish no pushy theatrical sales pitch and the installation guys were great. I chose West Yorkshire windows because they are a local company and had the best product out of the four companies that we had out to quote us they were not the cheapest we paid for the best.

Had a really nice, polite team of guys fit my new window and new door to the back of our house. A brilliant job was carried out by all especially by Andy, Branden and Kyle. They were very professional and despite a few minor snagging issues, which may I add, they were back a few days later to sort things out. I would also like to mention a lovely young lady at the WYW Head Office called Emma, her customer service skills were excellent and she kept me up-to-date all the way through our process, a very polite, friendly and very professional young lady. A big thank you to all the team from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to family and friends Liz and Paul.

We are very pleased with our new Doors and Windows and the overall service provided by West Yorkshire Windows. From the initial quote to the measurements and the fitting team of Colin, Robbie and Archie (for the windows) and Andy (for the Doors). All were professional and obviously take pride in their work. I would have no hesitation in recommending WYW for Window and Door installation.

Very pleased with my windows with integral blinds. Everyone was so nice and helpful starting from the quote, office staff to the fitters. They also fitted new cladding free of charge as the old cladding would have looked awful next to the brand new windows. I would highly re recommend.

All in all had a good experience with West Yorkshire Windows who built our single storey extension (20m2). Neil and Gaz were our builders who did the groundworks, brickwork and ground drain alterations and are two top fellas that have done a great job, both Neil and Gaz are real grafters and I'm sure West Yorkshire Windows will be sad to see them retire this year. Dave and Oliver did the roof and windows and also did a great job, Dave suggested to put the velux Windows differently to the initial plan and I'm glad he did it looks a lot better than it would have otherwise. Maxim was our spark and Joe our plumber although not on site as long as the others they did a great job because I know I'm quite finicky.

My main issue during the build was the lack of a project manager and I think unfortunately we landed in the gap where somebody has left and the new person hadn't started but the West Yorkshire Windows team in the office mainly Dean was always at hand to sort any hiccups out. Hopefully when a project manager is fully in place it will prevent last minute phone calls the day before some of the trades want to do some work on the build.

All I'd say it's be organised, ask plenty of questions especially what you want where. I'm glad I opted for two radiators instead of the planned one because I don't think it would have been enough to heat the room adequately (Google BTU needed and T50,T 60,T 70) for your radiator size and check the radiator manufacturers test temperature i.e T50,T 60,T 70 (it's in the small print) you can thank me later.

All in all the whole build exceeds expectations and I'm really glad Carl who did the initial servey pointed us in the direction of a proper extension instead of an orangery. Thanks again

West Yorkshire Windows provided a brilliant experience. From providing a variety of options through Mark A, the design consultant who was brilliant and gave some really good advice, to Andy who fitted all three of our bedroom windows and our new front door on the same day. Brilliant contact from the installation team and kept up to date, thanks in particular to Emma!

They were also super flexible in getting the installation delayed by a week due to some other work getting done in the house. Thanks again everyone, super pleased with our new windows and door. I now just need to get a number on the door . On a sidenote, the emerald green, can't remember what the actual colour was called but what a colour, looked better in real life!

Richard came to sort out a leak in the box guttering which had evolved over time. He was friendly and professional and got the repair done efficiently and quickly. The customer service team at Yorkshire Windows who took the original call were also all efficient, courteous and friendly. Thank you all.

Richard, from West Yorkshire Windows came today 27/1/22 to refit a blown unit in our bedroom. Such a wonderful friendly guy, nothing was too much trouble. He gave us good advice on our lounge windows and was very knowledgeable about the various types of glass. I would highly recommend his services and feel confident in his abilities and vast experience #greatguy.

I really don't know how ANYONE can recommend this APPALLING cowboy outfit that advertises as a professional Window company, professional they are not. I highly advise anyone looking for windows, doors or a conservatory, to shop elsewhere and avoid West Yorkshire Windows at all cost (unless you want a poor service and shoddy workmanship). This review is a true reflection of the service we received after our Conservatory had been built.

To read about the shambles they caused during the build and just after, see my previous review. In September 2021 a few months after completion of our Conservatory, we noticed a leak in the roof, letting water in every time it rained. We reported this to West Yorkshire Windows and after a couple of calls we had to make to chase them up, they eventually, grudgingly sent someone out to take a look.

When the guy arrived and investigated the issue, he told us he would have to order a new part and come back. We were told this would take a couple of weeks. However, during this time, we had to constantly chase them up to see when this was going to be scheduled in, we made endless phone calls to a very rude receptionist as nobody else in the company would speak to us or offer any help. Eventually, they did schedule this to be fixed end of November 2021 but low and behold, a few days before the date, they called us and cancelled using delivery delays as an excuse and told us they would let us know a new date, however, again we had to keep chasing them.

We were then eventually told it would be in December. They gave us a new date but again just before they were due to come out, they cancelled blaming it this time on staff shortages. We were then eventually given another date in late December, but to our disappointment, yes, they cancelled this again and told us it would now be January 2022 meaning we would have this leak over Christmas.

When we called them to complain about this, we were dealt with by a very rude and obnoxious man called Peter Bowles who is their Head of Customer Service. He treat us with nothing but contempt as he had done throughout this whole terrible experience with this cowboy company. They did eventually come out and fix it in January 2022, 4 months after our initial call to report it.

Good service from start to finish. Grant the builder did a fabulous job, a couple of minor issues which were resolved quickly. Would highly recommend. Mark and Jackie.

Had all our windows, doors, soffits, gutters and conservatory Previously fitted by West Yorkshire Windows for us there was no other choice but them to fit two windows and a door to our garage Andy the fitter who came today carried a first class job and he was friendly and polite would recommend West Yorkshire Windows to anybody wanting to replace existing frames or conservatory's

Cannot praise WYW highly enough. Mark the salesman was very helpful in the initial stages of our various jobs! First job was a window replacement in the lounge, which involved taking out a bay and fitting a new modern window. The extension has taken some time due to materials but we are nearing the end of this now and are so far very pleased. We decided to have 3 more windows replaced and again these were done efficiently and quickly. Colin and Robbie were fantastic doing the first window, then Robbie and Archie have just done the other 3 windows. Very impressed, and would recommend WYW to anyone!

They conducted a window install in my grade 2 listed home and the result was a Superb service, good quality and clean and fast implementation. From start to finish this was an easy company to deal with. The sales management, tech support, survey and implementation was as good as you would ever need it to be. Information was easy to access via the Portal and any comms were clear and straight forward. A big shout to the implementation team, Colin, Robbie and Archie - fast, friendly, clean and good quality work. A company I would use again without any doubt.

We had two new external doors fitted some time ago. The fitting was quick and clean. One of the doors developed an issue with the lock after a call to west Yorkshire windows an engineer came out and diagnosed the issue ordered the parts and returned and fitted the parts great service they say what they are going to do then do it

This is the third time we have used West Yorkshire Windows for replacement windows and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The excellent team we had yesterday was Colin, Robbie and Fitter Trainee Archie. Arrived and introduced themselves. Checked what was being fitted and got to work straight away. No time wasting, polite, hardworking team. They cleaned up as they went along, an excellent job well done! Thank you

The whole process with Yorkshire windows has been excellent. Mark the designer arrived promptly, gave good advice and kept us updated at every step. The fitting was booked in as expected and John and Steve the fitters were professional at all times. We are delighted with the look and quality of the windows. John and Steve took great care during the fitting which has been done to a very high standard. They also left no mess. We would highly recommend West Yorkshire Windows.

Thought West Yorkshire Windows were spot on from start to finish with helping us to replace our windows. The salesman (Andrew) was helpful and easy to get on with and sorted us a good price for all the windows we needed to replace (two bay windows and 5 other windows). Eddie, the surveyor came round and did a more detailed measurement and he clearly knew what he was doing, answered any queries we had and was very helpful - his measurements ended up being spot on. Then, in the last 3 days we had John and Steve doing the installation and they we great. Did a really good professional job, windows look great, tidied often themselves every day and were happy to do some other minor window related things. So all in all the whole process went very smoothly and the windows look spot on. Would definitely recommend.
