I have had some windows and a door replaced and everything was done efficiently and to a high standard. Jarrad was the fitter and he was great, making sure i was happy with everything throughout and even though there were some unforseen structural issues with my house they were able to get a bricklayer to come out and it was all handled very quickly and the window instalation went ahead as planned. Great service would recommend them.

There was a mix up with my order however the company offered a solution which I was happy with. I now have my new door and all is well. The fitter was a polite young man and did a professional job and left everything clean and tidy. I would certainly use JSS Installations again. Service: General door installation

We ordered a new bathroom window and tilt and turn patio doors, we were delighted when J.S.S contacted us well before the given installation date to ask if we would have the work done earlier. The window installer Jarrad arrived at the time arranged and given that he was working alone got the job completed at the time he estimated. The installation was completed without hitch and was very well done. Jarrad kept us informed of all aspects of the job and for our choice of trim and colours where needed. All the work was excellently done and the windows and doors of good quality. All in all a very good and at a very good price.

Got a lovely young girl to come out and measure up gave us a quote straight away, she knew what my wife and i wanted, there price for our new windows and doors were the best out of 5 shops. My wife changed her mind about the doors and two bow windows, fitters com in august to fit new doors and windows. Will add pictures then. Brilliant service and great quote by JSS.

I highly recommend JSS! They did the most amazing job with my new conservatory! I had the best customer service right from the beginning and Jason was so helpful with designing the perfect conservatory for me! All the workers I had were just amazing and so accurate with their work, as well as being so lovely. Any little request we had was done without question and everyone was so helpful and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better job, thank you to all of you for your hard work!

Excellent service. Had all our windows and both doors installed. Brilliant workmen answered any questions we had. Always on time and barely any mess cleaned up after themselves. The 2 stars are for Joanne in the office and Daz, the guy who came to sort the problems out. I didn't have a great experience with JSS, the fitter took out my old door without removing all the bits from the old door so caused the inside wall to crack, he recommended poly filler! The glass panel was smashed so they had to put in a temporary panel until they got another made, Joanne in the office was so nice and really helpful, she worked hard to sort the problems for me, Daz came to replace the glass, clean and seal the door, again he did a good job but by the end of all the stress and upset, having to take 4 days off work and the whole thing taking more than 2 weeks to sort out.

I looked into this company and did some investigations and its a regular thing for them! The doors are nice and the sales guy, Philip, was nice but I would recommend getting your own fitter as they are sub contracted and the documents you sign when ordering your door clearly state if anything goes wrong when the fitters are in they dont have to sort it out, speaks volumes to me!

We were more than delighted with the efficient, reasonably priced and excellent service provided by J.S.S. Installations Ltd. We have over the last two years used this Company numerous times to replace all the windows and external doors on our property and have been extremely impressed every time. We were fortunate to have the professional, high-skilled and friendly Sam as our fitter. Sam is a credit to the Company, taking pride in his skilled workmanship and cleaning up diligently afterwards. We cannot recommend J.S.S. Installations Ltd highly enough.

We instructed JSS Installation to build a conservatory and fit a new composite door to our property in June 2018, agreeing a price and timescale. However, it became apparent pretty quickly that this company were not at all the reputable company we thought they were. From workmen sleeping on the job, not turning up when they were saying they were going to, or leaving the job early, to a rude manager who has no customer service skills, and that isn't even the half of it!

During the foundation stage build we received notification that there would be an extra cost of 2K due to the fact they deemed it necessary to put a steel frame into the ground. This was totally over kill for a single storey conservatory extension! We didn't have the extra funds so eventually after 6 months of toing and froing (and lots of stress) we agreed to a different roof to balance out the costings (biggest mistake I ever made), and the conservatory was eventually completed in November 2018.

When we agreed to JSS doing the job we originally had drawings done for a proper roof to be constructed, however this new roof suggested to us was PVC frame. No additional drawings were ever drawn up, resulting in a botched job which has never been right since. I contacted JSS in January 2019 to say that over winter we had literally spent every day removing condensation from the windows, to the point it was that saturated it had started to grow black mould in the corners.

They advised that this was 'normal' and it would settle down. Fast forward to this year and we have spent every month for the past 2 years trying to get them to come and look at our issue. We finally got them to come back out in July this year to which the engineer agreed that it hadn't been sealed correctly, and decided to 'fix' the issue by plugging the entry points with silicone!

At the same time as this, I mentioned the fact we'd also queried that the front door had increasingly become stiffer and was now a safety hazard as our two young children couldn't open it if there was a fire. The engineer confirmed after inspection and measuring that indeed the door was faulty as it had warped and no longer fit correctly into the frame.

He advised he would report this back to the relevant team and somebody would be in touch. As I say, this was back in July (2021) and guess what, we are STILL waiting for JSS to replace the door, their so called 10 year warranty covers. My advise would be to AVOID at all costs, unless you want the daily stress of paying out ridiculous amounts of money to be left with what I can only describe as cheap impersonations.

Absolutely thrilled with our new composite door which was fitted today. The fitter was friendly, professional, explained things to me and was an all round nice man. The fitter fitted the door and everything inside and out were cleaned afterwards, couldn't ask for more. Will be getting our windows from here next year. Thank you so much

So says the company- but handles and locks are not covered! after 4years one handle collapsed- initially they sent a repair man out- who said he had the wrong part and one would be ordered. Checked after a while- not on order as I was asked if it was a front or back door. And then told its not covered and I would be expected to pay. Not a company who honours its promises

Lots of choice and was helped by Peter who was very nice and knowledgable. Not at all pushy and reasonably priced as well. Looking forward to getting it fitted. Mother in law had a stable door fitted and it was done brilliantly so I am confident of the quality.

Also Taylor who worked along with Neil smashing team polite and conscientious. Chris did a fantastic job on our windows and the amazing roof. Very helpful and worked hard. High standards of workmanship and cleaned up every day much appreciated.

Even in pretty bad weather they carried on and they were rained on a lot. The electriction Jason who found nothing a problem and is so cheerful thank you.
