From initial enquiry to fitting front door and five windows took 2 weeks and two days. From Derek the surveyor, Craig and Graham fitters, Elaine in the office, couldn't have had better service, needed new knocker on front door which was damaged and promptly replaced by fitter Ian. All at very reasonable price. Highly recommended

Derek was very helpful when he came to measure up and made some helpful suggestions to improve the appearance of windows and doors being replaced. Alan and Dan did an extremely professional installation replacing 5 windows, back door and French doors in two days.

I chose Omega to install my Conservatory as I'd used them before at my previous address. They have been brilliant with both installations. Ian the fitter was friendly, professional, considerate, thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble for him! He worked on his own and his days were long but he was always happy. The quality of Omega Conservatories is fantastic and I would never hesitate to use them or recommend them to anybody.

We used this company about 5 years ago. As others have said, not the best for what you are paying for! I'm not a builder, but sometimes if I wasn't there, god knows what other mistakes would have been made! The extension was less than satisfactory. I have loads of photos that would show the workmanship (or lack of it!) of the workers at the time. I have had to reseal the shower as I am now paying the consequences of their very poor work. Today, 21 Feb, I am currently digging out rotten wood and damp plasterboard!

Wish I could show some of the photos I have. I have managed to post a couple of photos but not attached to this review. One shows the rotten wood being removed from the shower area, the other shows the toilet waste pipe inserted in wrong direction! Poo does not go uphill and turns left! Thankfully I, yes I pointed this out to them before they covered it over!

Omega Lifestyle have no record of Gary Bowles or Shaun Jennings being customers and respectfully request that they each contact the office to explain why they've chosen to leave negative feedback.

My new conservatory looks great, thank you. It's better than expected. I can recommend Omega Lifestyle Ltd. Good price, nice people and great work. Hope it will last long

Stay well clear after 8 months still not completed the work. wish i had never used this company. put last piece off glass in on tuesday and is not even the same colour as the rest. Use this company at your own risk. Now found out they have been bankrupt twice.

Can't fault the team at Omega Lifestyle. I requested 2 quotes from local providers and only Omega responded. Everyone I dealt with on the phone and in person was extremely polite and helpful. Special thanks Derek who came out for the quote and took the order, and Ian who installed my new sliding door today - just fab service from you all. And only 2 weeks from placing the order my door is fitted and looks fab! Will definitely use again - thanks guys!

I had a conservatory installed by Omega and this is why I would recommend this organisation. First of all there are reviews that state that payment was demanded upfront, In my experience this couldn't be further from the truth, We agreed a deposit and a payment date. during this time my installation was brought forward which worked well for me. I even had an issue that delayed payment by 48 hours and the PM Derek was more than understanding. Whilst on the subject of price I had additional extras and this still came in at less than all other competitors.

What sold me more however was the approach that people working with Omega took. From enquirer to sale to installation and finishing I felt comfortable as I was spoken to with familiarity and professionalism. The tall tales, techniques and utter nonsense I was spun by other organisations was not present with Omega. I think this has something to do with the amount of time combined this team have in building and installation.

The quality of the work is sound. The product itself surpasses expectation and the overall price would be difficult to beat. Again all of this I believe is due to the people behind the build. Two father and son teams worked on my conservatory and everyone else had worked with one another for years. I was told that Derek was one of the 'good ones' and it is clear to me that he works with people that fit the same description.

Its a big decision to pay so much money in to something that you cannot see in full until its finished. But my doubts were received and understood, I changed the design elements and this was responded to with a problem solving approach that I wasn't taken advantage of financially for. I have an open plan design and this has not seen much change in the temperature of my home, despite being installed in winter.

I currently have a small oil heater used in conjunction with the house heating system. If you want to sit through sales videos, manipulation and dishonesty in your own homes, whilst paying a premium for it, then go elsewhere. Omega provide what they say they will backed up by years of experience and a realistic pricing structure.

Warning to anyone with a 10 year gaurantee with this company. Brought a property with 7 years remaining on a 10 year warranty for a conservatory from Omega. The garden in the property has been un useable since summer last year when i moved in due to being bogged. I Decided to go out this weekend to resolve the issue only to discover after much investigating that the conservatory roof drain pipe was the cause.

It looks like the fitters had connected the drain pipe the wrong end so were unable to connect to the purpose built soak away. So instead run a length of soil pipe into the middle of the garden (which goes up hill) into a man made soak away consisting of a pile of bricks and rubble. When contacting Omega I was immediately informed of clause 15 in the contract that states as the property was sold without notifying them and paying 250 transfer of names fee there is nothing they can do.

They did offer to provide a price for correcting their fault though, however in my opinion they have already been paid. I then contacted the double glazing ombudsmen DGCOS to discover that they are no longer affiliated with Omega as Omega stopped financing the service so couldn't help. So if you have an insurance certificate with Omega I doubt it holds much weight and if you contact DGCOS then they won't be able to help. I wouldn't recommend this company given the very small contact I've had with them today.

Just had our windows and doors fitted by Omega Lifestyle, Yaxley Excellent product, the fitters were first class, who left everything clean and tidy every day, and treated our house with respect at all time. Derek kept us informed at all times as to what was happening and when. 10/10 would highly recommend.

We live on a very busy road and there was considerable road noise through our old windows and the front door. Derek from Omega suggested replacing our door for a new Composite door and changing the windows to triple glazed ones. The installation was perfect, a very neat job and no mess. We are very pleased with the windows they look good and have reduced the road noise considerably.

Excellent product built on our old conservatory foundations. Professional service. Derek kept us informed and got back to us quickly if there were any queries. Skirtingboard was overlooked when we ordered the conservatory but Derek arranged this and Ian did a very professional job with a high standard finish including recommending clear sealant with our grey vinyl floor.

This looked perfect. Paul and his assistant worked very hard taking the old conservatory down and constructing the new. He was helpful, professional and tidy. It really looks great and has updated it completely. Very happy.

We had an extension built and windows replaced throughout our house. When I was telephoned and shouted at demanding payment for the windows (14 hours after they had been fitted) I knew something was not quite right. Our home was uninhabitable over Xmas despite agreements that it would at least have a working bathroom resulting in us having to stay in a Hotel over Xmas.

After consistently failing to meet agreed schedules and progress coming to a complete stop we had no option but to find another builder to complete repairs (leaking new roof) and finish internal/external works. To begin with their work was great. Lots of progress in the first week. Window fitters were excellent, but other than that the entire project was (is) a huge disappointment.
