Andrew came round ours as was arranged. Obviously he didn't want to take on the job so didn't bother to send me a quote as he promised. I emailed him to remind him our quote, he asked if someone was round. I replied yes and then no other response. Highly unprofessional.

With J and K we decided to increase our plan to partially replace to replace all windows and added a front and back door, highly recommended!

These people built our conservatory and replaced all our wooden windows, we had arched windows, Three front doors and had Sachs type windows also fitted over 10years ago, they were fantastic price.we had two minor issues (3/7 years in) both fixed without any hassle, when I asked how much they said in warranty! The window and conservatory still all look great, it was well built and still has no leaks and all glass and windows is still fog free, they are well priced the installers for us were brilliant, even buying was hassle free, we were so happy with them recently we even had them do the gutters, soffits and fascia, they weren't the cheapest quote but you get what you pay for, a great job and quality product and these people keep to there word for a worry free time. Had new front door/back door fitted by them & a set of new patio doors as old ones where broken first rate service all round especially bob the sales fella who helped me find just what I wanted Even a few years after fitting the patio doors when they started to leak at the bottom in heavy rain they came & fixed them without fuss or bother A fantastic local company for doors & windows
