This lovely detached residence in Stamford ticked all the boxes for the buyer, with the exception of its small kitchen and dining space. Our client wanted to extend out from the back of the old kitchen to create more practical space, for the family to enjoy. They wanted more of a modern larger space, that connected seamlessly to their garden.
