I had 8 windows replaced by Thermaseal when I bought my house. Adam Jerwood was really helpful with designing the windows and told us about all the options available without being pushy. Sam and Connor also did a good job of fitting the windows.

I just wanted to say how incredibly impressed I am. The door handle had broken on our bifold door and we were unable to lock it, my husband called this morning and by this afternoon someone has been out and fitted a new one! Thanks great service

Just bought a house which included a 10 year guarantee on windows installed by Thermaseal. Which turns out to be worthless as I am now told the guarantee is not transferable on sale of the property. Be warned!

It was about 5 years ago now that Thermaseal replaced all our aluminium windows and doors with white upvc windows and doors. I heartily recommend their products - they are of very high quality and look as if they were fitted yesterday. Their fitters are very experienced and friendly and professional. I am pleased to recommend a local business. Their shop has been in Billericay High Street for many years and their main office in Wickford carries a great selection of doors too. I think they are priced very fairly too. We got several quotes to compare.

After hearing Thermaseal advertise on local radio it promoted me to write this. I'm a retired self employed carpenter and joiner. I used to fit their windows over many years for my customers as part of what I did. I sort out Thermaseal because I wanted a company I could trust and with a good product. Here I found a family run business that always strove to improve the product and design as the industry developed.

I got to know a lot about windows and also how some companies we're cheeper because they used cheeper and inferior materials. Once a neighbour asked me to quote him for windows but declined saying he had found a well-known company that was cheaper. Some time after they were fitted I saw him and asked him how it went. "Don't ask" he said. I went and found a catalogue of problems.

Apart from damage and ill fitting they had fitted the cheapest cockspur locking system. After months he was still waiting for a scratched window to be replaced. I told him that none of this would have happened if I had fitted them using Thermaseal Windows. I can highly recommend them.

We have used this company over the years for 2 different houses so far. Very good service and quality.

Had new door fitted at the cost of several thousands of pounds as bespoke model door warped within a month or so had second refitted some months later, that warped had to go back to manufacturing process for third attempt as admitted inherent design fault finally fitted a year after original.after much chasing new door is fine as reinforced with steel but only given 100 compensation which is less than 3% of the purchase price not good enough as felt misled on quality of product in first place if not fit for purpose.lets hope this one holds out otherwise i will be wanting a full refund!
